Staff were nice and helpful
Our room was downgraded to a smaller one when we arrived.

This is a good place to stay if you have a large family and are visiting Bolinao. It was like having our own private place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kids liked the bunk beds. We used the outdoor grill to cook fish.

Clean room, Quiet & Peaceful, Atmosphere, they have kitchen & utensils, Can cook, Have a big fridge & microwave, Lots of trees, plants, greenery, farm animals, fruits to pick, Oh and they have a videoke machine!
There are some really nice people who take care of the property, but they are most of the time unprofessional & untrained. Does not know what a guest needs & waits for the guest to ask, although they are very helpful once you asked. The room could be much improved, but at the moment lacks > hot water, a mirror, bathroom floor mat (dangerously slippery shower floor), soap/toiletries rack.

We arrived late in the evening and there were staff waiting to assist us on check in. They were very nice and helpful. The unit was spacious fully furnished and complete with utensils, clean and modernly designed. It quickly gave us the vibes of a home away from home. In the morning, the breeze of air is nice specially at the back of the unit, overlooking the green trees and land which is relaxing to the eyes. Owner was also accommodating. Recommended place to stay while in Bolinao.

Property is clean and spacious. Love the view and the surrounding areas. We haven’t explored the place as it was raining for 2 days.
It is only a suggestion, i think it would be best to have an indoor pool even the weather is not good the kids can enjoy inside.

The doors are hard to open & no TV. We were told that the place is new so they're still improving baded in customers' feedbacks, which makes sense. I wish the kitchen/dining room is also aur-conditioned.

I liked the room, the common kitchen, and the huge mango tree in front of the property. The staff were also very helpful and responsive to our needs.
During our stay, the water pressure was not so good.

I was very happy with the accommondation,The kitchen was really good as well, My only negative thing was the bed, a more comfortable mattress would be great, overall everything was great thanks very much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well-maintained. Loved that they allowed pets to stay. Will definitely go back.
Signal is poor but this is due to the Telco provider. It’s nice that there’s a communal kitchen but we didn’t get the chance to cook much as the other guests “hoarded” some of the appliances to themselves. Hope there will be more rice cookers and other utensils which everyone can use.

Peaceful place, very clean house, very polite and always try to help people here, very good wifi, big rooms, big open space kitchen with full appliances, we fell like at home😊, everything was perfect, will return for sure later.

Staff attended us when we had some power issues. They are also friendly and nice. The owner visited us to make sure we've got all we need.
None so far but I can suggest to add some amenities so that all future guests will be motivated to stay longer. A good business' deal.

It is spacious. We also enjoyed the scenery, the farm-like feeling.
That time of our stay there, there was a clog in the bathroom.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly, especially Kuya Gerald and Ate Mhel. They were very helpful with our concerns and requests, even gave very good suggestions on our itinerary for the trip. We loved the very relaxing feel of the place, perfect if you want to be close to nature. The house is very clean, rooms are comfortable. Our favourite spots are the farm and garden area with the centennial mango tree. It was very homey and memorable. Thank you to all the lovely staff!

The welcoming attitude of Ate Mildred upon our arrival at the property truly amazed me. She gave us a mini orientation of the house with a warm smile. Surely this “home away from home” feels is what every traveller must have and everything that you are looking for in a comfortable place to stay is here. The best staycation ever!
