Really convenient location, and the flat was clean and tidy when I arrived, and had a washing machine available and free wifi!

The bed wasn’t the comfiest, and the bedding was ripped in places

Il check in è assurdo, abbiamo aspettato più di 20 minuti fuori la porta perché la email con il codice di entrata non è arrivata, per fortuna un ragazzo che alloggiava li ha chiamato per noi il proprietario o chi per lui che comodamente è arrivato dopo un po'. La stanza viene venduta con la cucina , ma arrivati lì non c'è una cucina ma un fornetto a gas non utilizzabile perché rotto. C'è la lavatrice per lavare i vestiti ma non c'è nessun appendiabiti per farli asciugare, potrebbe aggiungerci almeno un filo esterno come in tutti i balconi di Osaka. La pulizia non è delle migliori , materassi usurati e polvere anche sulle finestre.

The apartment was a decent size and about 15 minutes walk to Shin Osaka station with lots of convenience stores around. It was secure. There was a fridge and kettle.

The payment process was extremely stressful and I was told that my payment kept failing even though my cards were all fine with 5 other accommodations in Japan. For several days I received very sporadic responses to my concerned messages and up until 10 minutes before check in we still had not been able to pay (despite receiving another message saying everything had gone through on their end) and were told our booking may be cancelled until finally we were sent a link and were able to pay through that. There was absolutely no need for all of that panic and stress. The beds were also incredibly creaky and noisy with the slightest movement, we had to move the mattresses on to the ground to be able to sleep. The kitchen only had a fridge and kettle, you can't use the stove and there is no microwave.
