Attention to detail on every level from the respectful renovation and retention of quirky features of the building to the planting of roses near the breakfast room home made goods left in room and for breakfast far exceeded any expectation. The quality of materials appliances shows the rooms have been curated carefully and with great taste.

The host was lovely and very accommodating. The room exceeded my expectations for the price paid and the breakfast was local sourced product which was delicious! The host even allowed a colleague to join me for breakfast which was very appreciated.

Beautiful location, next door to a pub for food. You can walk amongst the fruit plantations in the evenings and pick an apple of which there are plenty! Room is really nice and the bed very comfortable, breakfast was superb as were the hosts.

The accommodation was amazing, with little touches, such as your own coffee machine, real milk and hot chocolate available! The breakfast was exceptional, with seasonal fruit picked fresh that morning from the farm, even made their own orange juice. The Traditional English Breakfast was one of the best we have eaten.
There was nothing not to like about this property. It was an absolute fantastic find and we will definitely be staying again.

Everything was perfect. This is the best B&B I have stayed in - without a doubt! Ruth and Paul were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were wonderful, the location quiet and rural despite close to a busy road. There were many thoughtful touches and the room was magnificent. What more can I say?

Fantastic breakfast each morning and lots of choice. Accommodation was high quality and stylish. Attention to detail like luxury shower products and robes and chocolate brownies on arrival. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Excellent breakfast choice. Lovely fresh fruit from the farm. Very warm welcome. the only suggestion - the roadside sign was a little difficult to spot for the car driver - fortunately I did not have anyone close behind me so I could go really slowly to spot it. It would have been almost impossible in the dark.

We stayed for 1night for my wife's 70th birthday. The room was lovely and very relaxing. The owner Ruth made us feel very welcome from the time we arrived until we left. The breakfast was superb . So would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location, on a fruit farm in a pretty Suffolk village. Very comfortable room with luxurious bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Could not have been better.

Ruth who owns the property and also provides all the house keeping , services and meals . She was such a delight to be around .
Very relaxing stay . Good locally sourced produce .freshly cooked delicious breakfast . Strawberries 🍓 to die for yum
