Very good breakfast, continental food. The rooms were nice.

The beds are rather small for taller persons - legs will be hanging outside the bed (1.9m instead of the classical 2m).

Great staff; really polite and helpful. The rooms were spotless, decent size.

Quite a trek into the centre and the Old quarter

We were welcomed with a smile by a lovely night receptionist from Poland.

Very poor wifi, so missold. It was next to nil - or extremely weak and came and went randomly. As it was one of the prime reasons I chose the hotel (plus on site parking) I was very disappointed. I’ve stayed in cheap old hotels in Spain with excellent wifi, so no excuse. It’s 2022!!!!

No aircon. Was too hot! All rooms were heated.

Clean but basic hotel. Staff is nice and explained to us the different parking spots in Cuenca. Located next to a McDonald's and has free parking. Room is quiet but not sure if worth 4 stars.

Amenities were rather outdated, only disposable cups available for the toilet.
