Spent several days in this great spot for a early beach vacation. The views are beautiful and such a nice area close to everything Swansboro has to offer. Everything was clean and comfortable and plenty of space for our family. We fished every day, took walks downtown to the shops and restaurants, the boys went kayaking twice and we even went to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Tony was great and quick to respond to our every request. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing location for a Foster Care retreat weekend. Easy walk under the bridge to downtown. Million dollar view. Peaceful and serene. Watched dolphins swimming in the river. Caught a doormat flounder from the pier. Such a wonderful town.

What can I say, we didnt leave the property except for a brief walk downtown. The views from the deck and the living area are breathtaking! Even had a beautiful view of water and dolphin swimming by from the king size bed in the master suite. The host was very responsive! We look forward to visiting this little piece of Heaven in downtown Swansboro again!

The views....I can't even describe how gorgeous the views are. The house is large and so roomy and close to everything. My brother in law fished off the pier, my sister and I drank coffee on the porch watching the sun come up. Check in was easy and the owner was so responsive! We will absolutely stay here again.

The place was roomy, attractive and positioned well to the highway. Ample, comfortable seating. I did note three large roaches: one in the kitchen and two in the stairwell. The television was great.

The property is on the 2nd floor of a commercial building, and it feels like you are in a big home on the water when you look out the windows at a more than 180-degree elevated view of the waterway. It is very comfortable with a large open kitchen and living room area that opens to a wrap-around porch. You can sip coffee from the porch and admire the view and then pop down to the park and fish off the public dock where we caught a lot of bluefish. The By the Bridge restaurant downstairs is very convenient and has a good cuban sandwich. We had a great stay exploring Swansboro.

Nice apartment with a wonderful deck overlooking the White River and an available boat slip. Place was clean with good amenities and excellent furnishings. Tony was very accommodating and communicated well. Will stay again.

This was the perfect rental for our family. Being right on the water was fantastic. We brought our boat and had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to return!

This little gem is in the heart of quaint Swansboro. You could park and walk or ride your bike to anything you want to do. Inside every where you turn you look out a window with water. The deck is spacious and looks out over the water - sunrise is magnificent and you can see while still in bed even. Tony is a great host & was awesome helping us park our boat & trailer. Brought our boat and there is tons to explore on the water. Careful lots of shallow spots, but if you stay in the channels you are fine. Lots of places to beach your boat and hang out. Fishing is good too. Everyone at the kayak rental place below the apartment is friendly and helpful. There is a little path at the park across the parking lot that goes under the busy road into town. We rode our bikes all over and there is an online walking tour that tells you the history of all the old houses with the swan plaques. Live music at Boro & Bake Bottle Brew was great. Highly recommend this property!

Loved the location! Everything was perfect for a restful getaway. Loved the proximity to downtown. My dogs had a wonderful time too!

Property is great! The views are amazing 24 hours a day! Sunrise was awesome. The apartment is a lot bigger than we realized. Perfect location, you can walk to everything! Next time, we will bring our boat.

We live in Swansboro and rented Seaside Bliss for out of town guests for the holidays. The view and location were so great that we ended up spending most of our time there.

What an excellent rental! It is an amazing location right on the water where you are able to catch those sunrises and sunsets from anywhere in the rental. It has a restaurant/bar underneath and a short walking path under bridge leading you downtown for shopping or eating. I really enjoyed relaxing but also being so close to entertainment. This rental had everything I needed to feel right at home. Tony was very fast at responding with any questions or concerns I had. I hope to return to this home away from home! Thank you for opening up your door.

Visited this property for the seasons time and it did not disappoint. Walking distance to everything in downtown Swansboro and there is no better view to wake up to in the Swansboro area! Tony was great to work with and maintained a great line of communication. Definitely will be back!

Everything was wonderful the only negative was the noise from the restaurant bar was a little loud in some nights.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Often online images are better than the real thing, but in this case they were not. The property was larger, nicer, and had more spectacular views than the listing indicated. Everything is close; restaurants, shops, your own boat dock, beaches, entertainment, EVERYTHING. There's a public fishing pier right across the parking lot with a park that has picnic tables, swings, and restrooms. And most of the time we simply walked to dinner. The owner is super fast in responding if you need him (and even very accommodating when a wallet was left behind). We thought parking was going to be an issue because the property is above three extremely busy businesses, but there's plenty of overflow parking. We had four vehicles there and never had a problem. We found Swansboro to be extremely friendly and welcoming. As far as fishing goes, it took us a few days to find them, but they are definitely there. I've got to mention Ye Olde Riverwalk Restaurant which is downstairs from the property. They are an amazing establishment with great food and the most accommodating staff you could imagine. They also have a DJ set up on their deck on Friday nights which can be enjoyed from the porch/deck of the property. This property is a gem in a perfectly situated little town.
