I stayed here for 3 nights with family. It was easy to find and located close to the area where we would be going. I give it 4 stars due to two things:
1. Based on how the house is layout with 3 bedrooms on one side and 3 bedrooms on the other side, there should be two AC units. The one central air was not sufficient and one side of the house was really hot while the other half was cold.
2. The inside was modern but the outside was a bit rundown and did not match. You can see this on the photos and while I did not mind, some people in my party did not feel comfortable. I think the owners just need to spend some time on making the outside look nicer so it matches the inside.
Everything else was great and overall I enjoyed my stay.

Loved everything about this property. This was our second time staying, and both times were excellent. If you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood with plenty of comfortable bedrooms, nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms, large dining area, and outside amenities of a covered patio with dining table, firepit, grill area, large side and backyards, and plenty of parking this place is for you. Excellent communication from hosts, easy check-in and out. Hated to leave. Hope to have this option for our next trip to visit family.

This house was just as cute as a button. To match the cuteness, it was super clean and in a good area. This house fit 8 people with more space available. It was just what we needed with a stocked kitchen and enough linens and towels. We will be staying here again!

We needed a place big enough for our full sized bass boats and 6-7 men. We found this place with enough room and privacy with plenty of stores close by for whatever we need.

The property was clean and located close to the beach and anything else you might want to do. We all really enjoyed all the bedroom and large beds. The bedding was a huge plus because it was very luxurious. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook at the house. I would highly recommend this home and the owners.

The reason of our travel was a wedding ceremony and our main focus was there. So, we leaving every morning and coming back at the nights. Everything what we need - we got for this staying:
kitchen, properly working appliance, TV, beds, clean linen.
So, we got comfortable time. Thanks all very much.

House was perfect fit for my family traveling in for a wedding. Kitchen was well stocked for us to manage meals and we filled the large table to eat together. Location was easy to get to and excellent contact with owner to manage details around Hurricane Ian passing by two days prior.

This is a house that has 6 bedrooms split up into 3-3 on opposite sides of the house. It was perfect for our two families who shared this rental. Kitchen dining room and family room all in the middle. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had all we needed. It was about 24 minute easy drive to the Space Coast Sports Complex and about a 10 to 12 minutes drive to the beaches in Melbourne. Everything was super clean and ready to go for us.

Fishing Trip
We had a group of 7 men so we used all the bedrooms and the couch and they were very comfortable.

So many bedrooms.
We had a great stay at this property. There were several members of my family coming from 4 different states all visiting Melbourne for the marathon and some family time. Easy to communicate with this property manager and easy to find. Close to everything we needed as well. Thanks for making it easy on us!

Perfect in every way.
Beautiful house and layout; pictures didn't do it justice. Quiet neighborhood, house sits on cornor lot, so feels private. Plenty of room for our large family both indoors and out. Well stocked with cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and cleaning supplies. Property managers were attentive but not intrusive. Easy check in and out.
