Our second year in a row coming to St. Simon Island for our family vacation. The unit is so convenient to so many things and works for our family of 5 extremely well. We are planning on being back again next year making this an annual thing for our family for as long as our kids want.

Love that there is room to hang out, comfy seating for all, privacy for master BR, quiet gated community and we had workout room to ourselves each time we used it! Very short drive to beach, walk to town. Amazing food everywhere we ate.

This place is very spacious, clean and comfortable.Kitchen is well stocked with utensils for cooking.It’s a short walk to the ocean and restaurants.If you have any issues the staff at Real Escapes is very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Easy check in. Quiet.
Only a few complaints: The linens could have been cleaner. The bedspreads and shams are in need of washing and some of the towels had stains.
The water pressure in the showers wasn’t good and the dryer had to run 3 times to dry anything.
A keurig would have been nice. There’s only a mr coffef
Positives: bedroom step up was great for family with kids. They had charging stations everywhere for electronics and everything worked well. Kitchen items were good.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it just wish it

This is exactly what my family needed. Just enough room for us all and in the perfect location. We were close to all the shops and places to eat. Outside the glass doors by the fountain and on the comfy couch were my two favorite places to be. Will definitely be in my favorites for next year.

Very cute place with great layout and location!
Condo was very cute, spacious and had a great layout for a family with small children. Especially loved that it was a short walk to many restaurants and shops as well as close by to a cute park for the kids to play at.

It was our first time to the Golden Isles. We chose this unit due to the location and it was fantastic. Our 3 boys loved the bunk room and giant couches. We took advantage of the pool a few times after hot days at the beach (East beach about 8 min drive). Playground and baseball fields a short walk on the way to St. Simon pier village with shops and restaurants. An easy walk to the pier for nightly sunsets, more playgrounds or to see the lighthouse. It is about a 30 min drive to Jekyll Island. My family is already asking if we can come back next year.

We love this unit. It is so comfortable and full of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools needed for being creative with food. (I’m a retired pastry chef) It’s just a short walk to the ocean and SSI village. It’s nice to have so many good restaurants in walking distance. Our favorite restaurants are Blue Bay, Iguanas Mallery Street Cafe and Palm Coast. It’s so nice eating outside in January and February. Great playground 5

Gated community
The condo was located in good proximity to most of the restaurants, the lighthouse, shopping, etc.. We all loved it. The condo was described correctly, but was still pleasantly surprised when we walked in………. spacious and beautiful! We had zero issues were we needed to contact anyone; however the electricity did go out a couple times while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Retreat
This condo offered a perfect place for three generations of the girls in our family (ages 13 - 65) to spend a few days together away from our hectic lives. The condo was exactly as advertised - spacious, beautiful, and tranquil under the canopy of oak trees. The walking access to the pier village was a plus and we took full advantage of that as we strolled to dinner each night!

We spent a relaxing week at St Simons. The condo was very nice- room for lots of people to sleep. If you plan on doing lots of cooking- the kitchen is well stocked with tools,however it is very small. I would return to this location.

Weekend with my granddaughter and friends
Great experience. Only drawback was I had serious car problems and ended up with a loaner car with no way to charge my cell phone. Ended up having to drive alone as my granddaughter had to ride with her friends because of my car problems. She could not obtain entrance to condo and had to wait with her friends for two hours
