First Floor w/Lanai Access - Seasons at Sandpoint
Il Residence 131 è uno dei due soli condomini dell'intero complesso Seasons che ha accesso diretto al parco dal lanai. Direttamente fuori dal cancello di lanai e giù per le scale c'è il barbecue, l'erba, la spiaggia e il porto turistico - e non dimentichiamo la vasca idromassaggio e la piscina! Non urlare di nuovo al condominio per buttare giù le spezie o il cavatappi dimenticati. Lascia che i bambini vadano e vengano, e tienili d'occhio dal lanai senza dover recitare da e verso il condominio.
La cucina è ben attrezzata, dai bicchieri di vino Riedel alle posate Henckels, con stile e arte contemporanei, il condominio è comodamente invitante. Essendo un'unità terminale, ha finestre aggiuntive che consentono più luce naturale e ventilazione incrociata. C'è un profondo re della tasca nel master, una regina nella seconda camera da letto (entrambi arredati con piumini) e un divano nel soggiorno che si ripiega in un vero letto matrimoniale. Nessun materasso grumoso e barre che restringono la schiena. Recupera la biancheria da letto dal pouf cocktail jumbo, quindi arrotolalo per aprire il divano letto. Property was very nice, with a great view and super clean. They had awesome amenities including pool, hot tub, al fresco outdoor dining and grills. They had what looked to be kayaks available but we didn’t use them. The garage with luggage carts and grocery carts were so convenient. Our stay was so great, the only downside is it wasn’t long enough!

We had a great stay at Seasons. The Condo itself was extremely spacious and clean. The location was great, however the busy railroad right behind the building was very loud, especially at night in the back bedroom. The rest of the experience more than made up for the disturbance, and we loved staying there. The staff was helpful and kind. The short walk to downtown restaurants was great and the Condo amenities were wonderful! We would definitely stay again and just bring sound machines to help with the noise from the trains.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The fireplace had a bit of a challenge to ignite, and the staff responded quickly with the fix! Friendly people, beautiful location and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The price was a reasonable listing but the the final cost was over $2,200.00 for three nights. I think that is a mistake and am waiting for a correction or at least correspondence. The train going by multiple times was noisy and a surprise. Thank you.

It's a beautiful apartment with high-end interior, very close to restaurants, the beach and pool area. The host was fantastic and very helpful. Overall we had a great time, but it should be mentioned in the property description that the apartment is right next to heavy used rail road tracks.

Loved staying at Seasons at Sandpoint #131. Beautiful location and very nice unit. It was great walking to the cute town. Very friendly place. We would come again. The only negative is the rate was a bit high since it seemed to be in low season and the cleaning cost and fees are high. I can see summer for lake activity and winter for mountain activities it would be a premium location, but it was very quiet when we visited. We loved the coffee available in the main room at Seasons. All in all - great place. There is a lot of train traffic behind. If you are a light sleeper, that may be an issue.

Thankfully we were able to reserve this charming condo right on Lake Pend Oreille. The curb appeal is fantastic, the grounds are kept so clean. You are an easy walk to the middle of town with several shops and eateries. The real treat is when you enter the condo and find out how spacious and accommodating it is. The view is gorgeous and relaxing. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

This place was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, cozy, and spacious. We booked for two nights but solely from the experience at the condo it made us wish we could stay much longer. Everything about the space was great—from the comfortable beds to the outdoor deck and bathrooms. The accessibility to the beach and dock as well as hot tub/pool was really nice (in addition to the close proximity to downtown area).
This was absolutely amazing and we look forward to coming back!

Whether it was check-in, the condo, or check-out, each item was amazing! Check-in was smooth and painless. The front desk person was awesome. And showed me around the club house to ensure I knew exactly where everything was. The condo was almost spotless. Overall, very nice, incredible view out the windows and great location on the corner of the building! Plenty of kitchen utilities and Everything we needed to cook up dinner and breakfast after we headed to the store, just a short drive away. Finally, check-out was perfect as well as we left before anyone was at the desk. They told us exactly where to stash our keys and opener and was able to hit the road worry-free. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience!!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. It was stocked well and the kitchen felt like home. The grounds and pool were wonderful and we used them every night. Our biggest complaint was with regards to the train line that runs directly behind these condos. The trains came by at least every 30 minutes all day and ALL night long which made sleeping in the front bedroom difficult. It felt like the trains were coming through the walls. Although the condo was nice and we managed to work around the train issues, we would not rent here again.

Great property
The unit was spotless and had all needed. We really enjoyed the stay. Staff very attentive. My grandson wanted to use the pool for couple more hours after check out and they facilitate it with no trouble. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Pandemic get away

Nice Location
The condo was lovely with a great view of the lake and close to town and walking trails. The condo was very modern, clean and with a very nice patio overlooking the lake. We didn't know when we booked, however, that there was a freight train line behind the complex. Although the trains didn't blow their horns, they were a bit annoying. We also never had TV service. We contacted the HOA who said they would come to activate the service, but they never showed up.
