very well located, close to the Main Street with several restaurants, cafes and supermarket nearby. apartment is big enough and air conditioning was appreciated, nevertheless due to the negative points I’d not recommend to stay.

wifi did not work half of the stay and the owners do not leave in Greece so communication was very poor, not answering our questions, simply omitting them. very bad!!

this property was exceptional way more than we expected, excellent location that you can walk everywhere without the hassle of the car - there is plenty of easy spots on the street to leave your car and stroll the whole city , with a super market just 100 steps away and many coffee places around-once you are there you don’t want to miss a moment so you can stay up all night absorb the magic of the city that never sleeps- thanks the owners for making this trip for my family memorable

i couldn’t find even a slight minus

Spacious home in a very central point of Thessaloniki. You really have the feeling of being not in a hotel but at your home. Really easy to find and take the keys from the key box, even after midnight. It's ideal for a group of people, I definitely recommend and it will be my choice if I am back

Cannot find really something

The apartment is excellent and very clean, near the city center. Very spacious, comfortable and looks luxurious. All the monuments and museums are walking distance from the apartment, also shopping street is only 5min walking from there. Beautiful views to the citadella and some big church. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good wifi and Netflix available

Great location, very safe neighborhood, across from the University. Surrounded by delicious little restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to all the sites in Thessaloniki. It looks just like the photos, so no surprises! Good space to spread out after a long day of walking around the city and exploring! Make sure to eat at the mom-n-pop place around the corner, Tarti. Not fancy, but the food is delicious! The host was really helpful when we got stuck one day without a tour due to weather. We appreciated her kindness.

Beds are a bit hard, but the style is quite common in Europe.

Location is excellent. Central to Thessaloniki and a 5 minute walk to the seafront. Restaurants and supermarket extremely close. Parking is a real problem for tourists now that Thessaloniki has introduced a new citywide parking system, so this apartment is ideal because just opposite is good parking in the Helexpo exhibition centre. I paid 50 Euro for 7 days parking. The apartment is clean, very spacious and warm. Kitchen was well supplied and we had everything we needed. You collect the key from a lockbox downstairs, which is a very helpful system because it means if you are late arriving you are not under stress to meet the host at a certain time. We would definitely stay here again. Something for future visitors to know is that it is currently very difficult to get into shops and restaurants in Thessaloniki without a Covid vaccine certificate and a rapid test done within the past 24 hours. Fortunately, there are rapid testing centres located extremely close to this apartment, so this is another positive aspect to the location.

The kettle in the kitchen is broken and doesn't turn itself off when the water has boiled, which means that unless you stay in the kitchen and watch it, it boils dry. This is quite a serious fire hazard to be honest. Three times I forgot about this, left the kitchen and arrived back to find the kettle boiling dry. The kettle should be replaced as a matter of urgency. Although the apartment is great for families, it is also furnished with a lot of glass and breakable ornaments, which meant we spent the first half hour of our stay putting all these ornaments away in cupboards so that our small children wouldn't break them. The apartment would be a slightly easier stay for families if there were less breakable ornaments everywhere.

It´s easy to find, location is great, some beds were very comfortable, towels were soft. And though it´s rather cheaply renovated, all was very clean. Many coffee places in the area, just next to the aiport bus stop. I would stay again, but my expectaions are now realistic.

This condo looks just amazing on the photo, but it´s actually rather superficially and cheaply renovated old appartment (which I do understand, but just to explain that it´s not so modern as it seems) The bathroom and the toilet are the least appealing :-) Also wrongly stated that it has 2 bathrooms, it only has 2 toilets, and that extra one is so small, not for the bigger men. The instructions for the Wi-fi were not correct, also the A/C remotes were not easy to figure, out of 4, only one seemed to be working (we needed it for the heating since the insulation is rather bad and it was rather cold inside). No tea or coffee, so bring your own.

just fyi, the shower is only a handheld with no place to hang it— we initially thought this was a minus but good water pressure and nice hot water convinced us it was no problem.

Rooms were a good size, beds were comfy, AC was good. The living area was spacious enough for 3 of us. Host was accommodating with allowing us to stash our bags beyond checkout before we had to head for the airport. Front balcony was good; while the view was nothing special it was a nice spot to sit when coming in at the end of the night. Price for the size and location is unbeatable. Good if you're trying to travel inexpensively with a couple friends. 7/10 may seem low for reviews but I think it would suggest it's a good option. Above 7 you begin to get into luxury accommodations, which this most certainly is not, but that's not what we wanted nor expected. It's a perfectly appropriate 3 bedroom apartment for travellers who will likely spend more time exploring the city than staying home.

Bathrooms were a bit cramped, and the shower head did not have a base to rest it in.

Very nice apartment in the centre of the city, very clean, equipped with everything we needed, but most of all, great host that was always available and there for us for whatever we needed

It can be a bit noisy but that's what you get when you want to be in a city centre and everything close by :)
