It was new and clean, breakfast was pretty good, and the lady in charge of the breakfast was very nice.

The front desk staff was not very personable. Almost like they were trained to be that way.

New facilities

Refrigerator did not work properly. hot water only worked periodically. Had the same breakfast every day. Get some grits, hash browns, and biscuits and gravy.

the staff was lazy, they sat in the common area watching television. multiple times I witnessed this while waiting at the front desk for help. Two times we had no hot water, one time no water at all with out any notice. we had two rooms neither room was tended to for service at all. by the end of the 9 day stay the sheets had never been changed nor the bed made. let’s talk about the trash!!! piled up to the top of the desk!!! ridiculous service. last but not least the breakfast was a joke.. some days they had fruit some days yiu were out of luck..

we stayed for 5 nights and our room was cleaned 1 time. we had to take our own garbage out. I had to ask for our room to be freshened up. I never had to do that at a hotel in my life.

Comfortable bed and nice furniture in a very well decorated spacious room with a big plasma TV and fast internet connection. Nice gym, small but very well equipped to perform your daily routine opened 24/7. The breakfast was offered in a cozy area with plenty of options to satisfy different diets. Very nice personnel, hospitable and caring. Plenty of free parking

Despite beimg walking distance to the Vero Outlet and Cracker Barrel, you need transportation for it is on the other side of I95. I also had problems connecting to the free wifi but my wife had no issue.
