Smelly bedshite smelly toilet, staff have no clue about hospitality, took for ever to get a beer by the pool when I got it was warm they didn’t open the bottle so it took another while to go and get bottle opener and then another while to get ice. Room door didn’t work they expect us to stay like that we had to request room changes, could not sleep the first night as staff was loud all night talking and n reception we had the cabin next to it.

Location was a little far out but not a problem if you have a driver. Staff were so friendly and always available. Breakfast was amazing! The rooms were amazing and felt very clean.

Rooms were a little noisy with the sounds of the water features by the pool and cockrells in the morning.

everything, not clean, the food was poor, not feeling safe, facilitates not available, shower broken…etc.

The resort has beautiful and comfortable rooms. We booked one villas with two rooms for 4 nights. The second room on top floor has some issue with its water leaking from the bath room. Apart from it, we love our stay there. Staff are very helpful and nice. For some mornings, we had to leave the hotel very early for our trips and they had kindly prepared our breakfasts very early. They were very helpful when we asked for a kettle so my mom could boil her water for her special needs.

Resort location is not very central. However, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and tried some local foods there.
