The room was clean and cozy!

I had no view and I don't know if there was a pool or restaurant on site.

The only positive thing is the friendly attitude of the staff when trying to be helpful and sort problems

THERE ARE HIDDEN CHARGES BESIDES THE DEPOSIT. The person in charge of receiving me wasn't there, then when someone else arrived to open the room and there were other guests already there. I was relocated to another place in the island. I went for business and due to all this I was late for a meeting. TV turned on by itself at night and it was impossible to turn it off. I had to disconnect it. The soap in the bathroom was water with almost no soap. You need to fill up a form and pay a 100 dolars deposite. I was fighting the form for 3 days and I never managed to make it work (probably a good thing for me at the end). It's too expensive for what it is and specially with so many inconveniences

The property had extreme mold in the bathroom. it shouldn’t have been rented.

The view, there wasn’t any. Definitely not a beach front. no access to pool or direct access to beach.

Location was ok. Walking distance to the markets and local buses stop there. Bianca was a joy and a pleasure to talk to. Great customer service skills. The facilities leave more to be desired.

I was to stayed in studio #7 at caprice community from June 22-June 29. I paid my $100 deposit as agreed. Upon arrival there was a strong scent of bleach which at first I'm like great at least they sanitize well however the scent gives me a headache. I was shown the ropes and activities to do and sent on my way. Once settled things went downhill from there. The overhead lights weren't working and when I went to use the bathroom I noticed black mold all over the ceilings. STILL...I didn't make a big fuss. I alerted Bianca who the alerted maintenance. The following day maintenance sprayed the ceiling with more bleach and changed out two of the four overhead lights. We told maintenance not to do the other two because sheetrock and dust would get all over the bead and our things. Next was the shower pressure which was drizzle at best. I'm told the pressure is horrible on the whole island so we leave it alone. Also I alert Lala (who never answers me) and Bianca that there is no cleaning supplies for us to clean up after ourselves. She then goes out and picks some up the bring later on. Here's where things took a turn for the worst. I was asleep on what was probably day 4 and a huge cockroach crawls on my arm. Now I'm unable to sleep and I pull back the mattress to see tiny little roaches behind it. It's the middle of the night and I text Bianca and let her know there's cockroaches crawling on me. The same night the AC decided to act up so now I'm miserable. She sends her husband to "exterminate" with a can of bug spray since apparently an exterminator wouldn't come out. He lifts the mattress and sprays the spray and leaves. In the next 30 minutes we are bombarded with cockroaches running everywhere. We're now screaming like we're getting murdered. Security runs to the room along with Biancas husband to find out the problem. I then tell Bianca there's no way I can stay here. This room was unfit for guests.
