Very friendly staff and welcoming. Flexible. The apartment is as described. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to two beaches. Pool 50 m away. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking, perfect for breakfast and simpler dinners. The rooms are spacious and clean. Well renovated bathroom. You get a scenic view of the Atlantic every morning.

It is located som distance to closest shop and San Augustin beach. But that we knew when we booked.

We prefer to stay in accommodation rented from private hosts when on holiday. This house is exactly why: We prepared our breakfasts in the small but nicely appointed kitchen, then ate them outside on our private terrace, sometimes while watching the sunrise paint the sky pink, at other times just enjoying the panorama of blue hues between the atlantic ocean and the sky. In the morning, we had the small, black Pirata beach all to ourselves. It is a 100 meter walk from the house, including the stairs, and we preferred it to the golden San Agustin beach, which is a 15 minute walk away and has sunbeds, a restaurant and all the trimmings. The house is in a gated community which seems to be mostly inhabited by Spaniards, so it was very quiet. We could hear birdsong and, once, the faint, distant noise of water aerobics at the nearest hotel - how glad we were not to be at that place. The location is good, with beaches and restaurants within walking distance, but we found that the best restaurants and sights were worth a drive: Las Palmas is 45 minutes to the northeast, you can head north to go inland and see mountains and green valleys, or go west for even more beaches, watersports and desert. Only after a morning dip in the pool or swim on the beach, though.

On-street parking was hard to find in every town we visited, and San Agustin was no exception.

The property was very good, quiet location, we did not have a car and walking in and out to San Augustin each day was a little far for us, but our host was very good and looked after us well.

The view from the apartment is really nice and it's really quiet. You've your own gate to the property. The terraces are beautiful to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine. Having two bathrooms with showers is really comfortable for three rooms. Supermarkets are close by. Carla and Juan are super friendly and gave us tips where to dine, what to see and booked a diving trip for us. Muchas gracias!

The mattresses were a little hard but still good enough to sleep well. There could have been a little more equipment in the kitchen like salad bowl, bigger frying pan or pots. But we were still able to prepare our meals properly. I'd recommend to rent a car or scooter. The nicer beaches are more down south and west.

Great location in a quiet community in San Agustin. The house was recently renewed. The pictures are what you get. Beautiful. We had great experience with hosts. Extremely responsive. Very recommended!

Perfect location and beautiful house. Having breakfast overlooking the sunrise and watching the moon, priceless!

The apartment was spacious and well furnished with a lovely eating out area and outside sitting area. the bedrooms had good beds and the bathrooms were of good quality. The location is good for the beach and the centre although up a hill and about 10 minutes walk.

The kitchen although adequate did not have sufficient kitchen utensils or, crockery and if you were making meals rather than eating out it is not very good especially for families with children. Parking a car is really difficult if not impossible at times and the pool was out of action when we stayed although we were offered access to another pool in another complex some 5 minutes drive away. Without a car this would be problematic
