Great communication, easy key collection. 200m walk to lifts, 300m from train station. Large clean rooms , soft beds and powerful showers.

A little bit of noise on the metal staircase and from cars running over the grid on the road. but that was minor.

the apartment was perfectly clean well maintained and modern it has all you need to be comfortable the staff is very nice and available the apartment is spacious beds are comfortable location is perfect

we loved it all! only a small recommendation to be really perfect would be to leave few bags of tea or coffee and bit of shower gel for those who arrive at in middle of night and forgot to bring ;)

Location was unbeatable…close enough to walk to the lifts, but far enough away from the restaurants and bars to be disturbed. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the Weisshornbahn.

We were on the bottom floor and had to take the step steps at the bottom of the elevator…only a minor inconvenience and definitely not a criticism

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I didn't really like that we had a basement room. I'm not sure if the people (running children) above us were very noisy or if the ceiling is just not very well insulated since we were in the basement. We also heard all the water pipes and toilet flushes etc. It would have been nice to have a balcony or a bigger window. The 'smokers' area' was under our window which meant we had to close it when someone was smoking there.

A very beautiful, clean apartment. The furnishing is new and modern. The atmosphere is amazing, you get a beautiful view and some squirrels jumping around. I love that both rooms had their own bathroom, as we are divorced and were on a holiday with our daughter we were able to spend time together in the living room and kitchen but also both parents had their privacy. Location is amazing, very close to the central of everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to families and couples and we will be back. It is amazuthat you get the Arosa card for free in the summer period (until end of October) so you can use the gondolas for free.

The heaters are covered by wood hence the efficiency is very low. The room wasnt heated when we arrived and it took so long to get them warm that I went to sleep with 2 pullovers on the first night. The trick is to draw all curtains but leave the little holes on the heater cover free so the warmth can come through. From the second day it was not an issue anymore.

Haus Belmont is clean, newish inside and has everything you require. Carmen greated us to pass on the keys and took us to the apartment. She helped us with plenty of information about things to do and where to go which was great. Arosa itself is small but lovely with all that you need. Everyone is very warm and friendly.

Can't say that there is anything I didn't like.
