After direct( non-refoundable ) reservation on booking, the stuff member of the hotel inform me that they have no room for us. They argued via booking conversation that we are no client of them, that we should deal with booking where we will stay , that this hotel have no room for us . It was frustrating, after a while other stuff member told us that they will get a room for us. I went well eventualy , but with "bitter taste". Envelope was waiting on reception desk. Among many others. I notice some of them with the name on ,also in the morning. My thought was that that must be somekind of a stuffs bad " practice" .

arrived at a long weekend, with supermarkets closed, and were not aware that there would be no dishwashing liquid, soap etc. in the rooms. It would have been nice to know beforehand in order to come prepared. It took a few days before wifi was available in our room.

Everything was great except nobody at the reception from Friday evening to Monday morning and WIFI is poor.

Not really clean, no water cooker. Far away from centre

It was very cozy in apartments, very quiet. I felt sometimes that we are alone in whole building. Bed is very good, sleep was perfect. Sauna and bath was perfect after working day. Staff at reception are always glad to help with any questions. Bus stop is direct on the street where aparthotel is located, busses go to S-Bahnhof every 10 min. There is a room with washing machines and dryers. Washing costs 2 euros, drying 1 euro. You bring your own laundry detergent

Location is not very good. Shops and other places are available with bus only. Temperature in rooms could be a little bit higher. default Wi-Fi was extreme poor, maybe 10% signal strength, but they give you Vodafon gigacube that is quite good, except of limited traffic. No shampoo and soap.

Good value for the money. Spacious room. Pool and spa.

Extremely bad Wi-Fi. Forget about “home office” from this hotel. Personal of the hotel can just enter your room slightly knocking. They don’t really care if you naked or don’t want to be disturbed. In our case we surprisingly discovered that big guy (from housekeeping) was already in the room and closed the door behind him. There is no lock from inside the room. So be prepared.

reception working hours, for a person who was working from Monday till Friday from 8 till 16:30 it was impossible to talk with a stuff in person. No information about the parking ticket, and no flexibility with extending stay by a few hours (there was info earlier that this shouldn’t be a problem). kitchen was poorly equipped and there was no climatiosation so smell after cooking was horrible in the apartment

Excellent hotel on the outskirts of Hamburg, spacious comfortable rooms, good services, helpful staff, easy transportation, suitable for holidays and at a competitive price
