Excellent location with a ten minute walk into both the marina and Playa Blanca. Kevin the host was brilliant who was very attentive. the villa itself is amazing, the three bedrooms are spacious and light, will definitely be returning.

yes, they are building a new hotel opposite but we barely noticed, as the majority of the noisey works have been completed.

Pool, hot tub and outdoor space was great. beds comfortable, bathrooms lovely and all very clean. Host was so helpful. Efficient air con added bonus. outdoor sound system added bonus. really close to the marina and everything you need.

Other reviews mention building work and there is a large hotel being built opposite. But it didn’t effect our holiday at all. Main Road but really was fine and so close to lovely marina.

The villa was even more beautiful than expected, delightfully decorated and specially designed for the joy and confort (amazing kitchen fully equipped, automatic blinds, sound proofed windows...) Pictures don’t lie: fantastic jacuzzi, cactus garden, heated pool, a hammock between palm trees, outdoor garden speakers... Lighting inside and outside is superb. Everything we need to fully enjoy our stay. Also receiving and showing the house felt very welcoming. From the very beginning, Kevin was so attentive and helpful in answering doubts or facilitating our arrival. We will certainly book it again for next stays in Lanzarote if available.

Nothing to say... everything was wonderful. Views must’ve been better before starting the construction of the hotel across the street. Nevertheless, noise level is almost negligible. Really quiet zone and fantastic location to reach any place in the south.

The villa, pool and hot tub are great. Beds are comfortable and the decor is beautiful. Everything you need at home is here: washer, netflix . and stuff you dont need but now want ... outdoor speakers and outdoor tv, yes watch mtv in the pool!! close to the lovely marina and its shops and restaurants. quick and easy response from the owner to door lockout emergency! I reckon you will love the villa but may be annoyed by the building noise, if you want to spend time in the garden during working hours

The building site across the road is incredibly noisy, from 8.30am till 5.30pm ( apart from one hour at lunch) i mean brain shakingly noisy, even with the garden music on , or earphones in, you can't drown it out, im pretty sure that amount of noise wouldnt even be legal in the UK for such long times, however, playa Blanca does look to be improving its look and feel , especially the lovely marina , so i guess that comes hand in hand with building work the main town promenade and beach about 20 minutes walk, or 30 on the scenic route via the marina, which is fine going, but the walk back late at night was a little desolate
