The rooms were exceptionally modern and clean. The staff were all amazing, they were so helpful throughout our stay, we will definitely return.

Dirty mosquitoes and flees specially in resturant. Its the management. Its really shameful for accure group & mercure hotels. I alwyas stay in ur brands dubai mercure bahrain novotil & riyadh novotil.

A basement for a BF in Paris !!

The air conditioning in the room was great, so no worries during the summer. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but the food was good. The coffee was Nespresso. The shower is quite spacious

The hotel is very well located, that's the only good thing about it. The rooms are very small. You can't open your luggage anywhere except on the bed. The toilets are very stupid, you must always brush the toilet walls after you pooped and the door was not closing and it also vibrates because of the vacuum effect that the ventilator inside the bathroom creates. The staff doesn't even bother to greet you in the morning and the cleaning lady didn't empty our bin for 2 days. We had also a fire alarm and we went downstairs in the lobby. The lady at the reception told us that it happens very often and probably someone smoked in the room and we should ignore it. WHAT? To ignore a fire alarm? How should we feel safe after that? Normally she should know exactly which fire sensor went on and were the smoke is. Sound insolation between rooms is very poor and you can hear and feel the vibrations from the subway train underneath, although we had the room at the 5th floor. Very annoying.

Superb location with local bars and brasseries and very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

You can hear the metro very early in the morning, which is underneath the hotel, and we were on the 3rd floor!

Location is good Staff is awesome sepcially Gabriela she helped us lot in checking process and for booked taxi for us. Lota of food option available outside the hotel metro station is very near to the hotel.

Room is super small.

all what you need. everything was clean, people friendly. We come back in 2024

if breakfast is not included, you pay much each person. 18€ for a breakfast for one person is not ok.
