One of the best places to stay in Dahab. Perfect location, exactly in the middle of the beautiful city, literally, Downtown. You will be greeted by a professional and friendly receptionists, who would never fail in providing what you’re looking for. This was my second time, where I stayed for 6 nights, and will definitely keep going back, if I got lucky and there was a room 🤩 The staff is really the main pillar of this place; Shihab , Mayssa are extraordinary people, who are simply naturally helpful and super nice. The location is awesome, few steps from everything. The gym at the roof is very nice with amazing view.

They should remove the roof in the beach cafe as it is not used and will allow more sunlight in the cafe.

The breakfast service starts very late, like everything in Dahab, if you are traveling with children I would recommend to buy food for them by yourself

i have booked 11 12 13 and 14 and I’ve arrived at 11 morning 9 am however the the hotel have closed my Reservation a day before I came and they have requested from my side to leave the room on the date of 14 August in the middle of the day and thy request from me to live the room and I didn’t have any my breakfast for 2 days and there was no wifi no Tv and i had to fix the tv my self

We had an excellent time at this hotel! The staff is very friendly and helped beyond what we expected. The room is comfortable and the breakfast was good! We will be happy to stay there again

Breakfast was good, right on the water line, the staff is nice and cooperative, willing to help and assist with everything they can such as trips to blue hole and such, the location is great right in the middle of the Dahab promenade with beautiful restaurants and cafes on the water line.

Renovation works are done in the back yard of the hotel, nothing to bother about, we could see that when the work is done this will be a beautiful hotel.

location, all the staff in the place were amazing specially shehab who welcomed us in the beginning and maysa .. the ac, tv, fridge are working well and they offered us a very nice safari trip when we asked about it. the lounge and the hotel’s cafe are amazing and their staff were so friendly. they provide a rocky beach but it is fine to swim in after walking around 5 meters on rocks.

the room is very tight, the view was so bad, and the rooms are very near to each other which led you listen to everything happen around even if its a normal sound. no housekeeping during the whole stay asked us if we need anything and finally the noise from outside is very loud. no swimming pool.

I had a wonderful experience at DownTown hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the manager Mr. Ahmed & his great stuff who helped me during my stay (Big shout out to Nagham, Maysa, & Mahmoud Abdelgawad). They went over and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this place & don’t forget to try their free trips to Lagouna (was beyond perfect thanks to Abdelgawad who was my guide at Lagouna & have done exceptional effort to make me super happy). Central top location, the staff was super helpful in helping us find our way in the city. Specially Mahmoud with whom we interacted the most he is a designated member to help you plan and carry out the activities. Taking us to the best hidden gems of dahab.

The water was always salty when we brushed our teeth, but this is a problem in all hotels unfortunately.

the staff were exceptional. very friendly and helpful people. they offered us a free trip and they were very helpful and understanding when something came up with my trip and i had to check out very late.

a bit noisy and water outage due to some constructions

It was clean, the receptionist was so welcoming and everyone was very nice. The breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed the stay.

The only thing was that there wasn’t enough towels but once we asked the house keeping bought us more.
