If you open the balcony, the studio will fill up of huge mosquitos, but there is none if you keep it closed

They upgraded our apartment to a bigger, nicer one so that was great!

The apartment complex has MANY african foreigners who are clearly not used to living with european people. They listened to the same song for 3 days straight (multiple hours a day), screamed, partied, littered on the streets. This is not the fault of the owner, all Famagusta seems like this.

WATCH FOR THE SCAM. Booking says the price is 25 euro per night but the cost doubles as they add cleaning service. Also the host is more keen on money than on helping you: we tried to call him asking about the check in but he refused to give us any instruction on the phone, only on whatsapp or booking.com, as phone calls are too expensive for him. When we replyed that we didnt have any internet connection he hanged on us, leaving us in the middle of the street.

Hotel owner Yuri is a gentleman and giving superb service. Location is excellent. I strongly recommend everyone to book Studio Park.

Was an ok place for one night. Comfortable beds.

An electricity shortage happened on our arrival day, exactly when we just arrived and were in desperate need of showers. No elevator for our luggage, no hot or cold water , no light on the stairs for a few hours. The host could have informed us that this might happen in that area, even if he wasn’t certain that area was affected. We could have fixed our plans and had showers elsewhere. Too many messages repeating the same information from the host. This created a sense of unnecessary stress. We already understood that we had to pick up the keys and leave the money on the table. There was no need to have that retreated so many times. No balconies, even if the description said balconies.
