Outstanding customer service. The staff was accommodating and very friendly!
I like to be able to swim in the morning and although it was mid May the pool was not yet open…I booked a couples massage but I didn’t realize they use an outside vendor…I could have saved 50% off the very expensive massage by hiring a masseuse to come to the room…at this price point I expect the “spa” to have a sauna or steam room etc. but it is not a spa…it is just a massage room…

Customer service was impeccable. Very friendly staff, very clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Convenient location to boardwalk.

In addition, when we explained that we have an urgent problem and will have to leave earlier, they set a $ 1400 cancellation fee.

The aesthetics were incredible, the rooftop pool and lounge area is unmatched. Great view of the beach, food and drinks were awesome too. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive!

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were always helpful, but especially George, the ambassador bell Nan. he couldn’t do enough to help, with restaurants, directions, local area information and much more. he always had a smile on his face and friendly word, this turned a great stay into an exceptional stay.
There was also a great pianist, singer and songwriter, Arlan, on the Saturday night. We throughly enjoyed our evening listening to him.

The location was amazing and the room was just beautiful, I wish the weather was better to enjoy the outdoor space.
The price was a little high for the time of year.

Great location, across from the beach and boardwalk. Short walk or quick bike ride to the downtown area which is full of unique shops and restaurants. Beautiful rooms, amazing pool and very accommodating staff!
I wish there was filtered water stations to fill reusable water bottles instead of having to get bottles from the front desk or pay $10 for a bottle at the bar.

Location can’t be beat across from ocean. Building is beautiful. Pool are great.
Staff were scarce and not very personable. Eco friendly plan left it difficult to request info or amenities even as simple as ice for room. New facility not kept as clean as expected. Very expensive overall for the value.

layout, atmosphere
the pool was too cold. food at the pool was very expensive. my chicken sandwich was all bread and no chicken

So pretty, luxurious and relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great customer service. Room is modern, large, and with a chic beach cottage feel. Fresh and clean, and with a private patio outdoor space to enjoy. Pool area is fantastic, like being on a tropical vacation right in the middle of central Jersey. Close to the boardwalk, easy parking options.
It's a bit pricey, but worth it.
