Posizione, posizione, posizione! Accogliente appartamento con 3 camere da letto e 1 bagno nel seminterrato con ingresso privato, senza chiavi. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente in loco. Quartiere tranquillo con accesso diretto a tutte le principali località sciistiche come Park City, Solitude, Brighton, Alta, oltre al centro di Salt Lake e all'aeroporto tramite l'autostrada. L'autostrada senza pedaggio è letteralmente a 2 minuti di distanza! Vicino a molti negozi e ristoranti locali. 8 posti letto ospiti e include tutti i servizi necessari per il vostro soggiorno. Cute little basement apartment at the base of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Cottonwood Heights.

This was a perfect location for our family of four ski vacation. Close to many of Utah's ski resorts, grocery stores, and restaurants. The basement apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Comfortable bedding with three full beds, extra roll away bed, and a pack n play. All your basic kitchen supplies and cooking utensils with some items to get your stay started. Owers responded promptly to questions and clearly communicate information. This was our first Vrbo experience and certainly would stay here again when visiting Salt Lake City.

It was a really nice place to stay

We spent two weeks at Laws' house in order to ski with our children. The location is so convenient to all the ski hills. The accommodations are so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. There was plenty of bedding and bathroom supplies. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer. Our hosts were easy to communicate with. We hope to come back!

The apartment was well equipped. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was big and there were DVDs, board games and internet TV, and even Netflix to watch.
There was a washer and dryer available which we used nightly because we went skiing almost every day in February.
The location can’t be beat. It’s near shopping, restaurants and ski canyons. We stayed several weeks and were able to do some work on non ski days. The owner was great to communicate with. He was Very quick responses when I had a question or needed something.
We highly recommend this place for skiing in winter, hiking in the summer or visiting the area.

My daughters and I needed a convenient place that was within a day's drive from our home for a quick retreat. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed. I only gave a "4" because the fireplace was not available. However, the owner was very accommodating and turned up the heat at our request. They were very prompt in responding to our messages. We were just a few short minutes from the stores and other shopping. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay.

This property is in a great location. Even being in the basement we couldn't hear the tenants above us. It is clean, just as described and seen in the pictures. My sister and I stayed there as we ran a half marathon in Cottonwood. It was great to have amazing comfortable beds to sleep in. Plenty of towels and necessities. Close enough to downtown to do all the fun things there but beautiful and easy to get out and away from the city for other things. Communication with the owner was great and finding it and access was easy. Price is fantanstic for the space you get. Beats a hotel any day.

We had a great stay. Communication was excellent. Space is updated and has everything you need. The only problem would be for those who need total quiet since there is a tenant upstairs. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay - it was VERY clean. The kitchen was fully functional. The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
Owners were quick to respond when we had questions/concerns.

Great Place
Owner was kind, helpful and accommodating. The property was as described and everything our family needed. It was a great place to crash after a long day, and also a perfect space for staying in and resting (with many games and TV options). It was close to restaurants and stores, with easy access to the canyons and interstate. My family enjoyed a park down the road with picnic tables, a splash pad, and climbing features that appealed to all ages. The office space also unexpectedly came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy Stay in SLC
We enjoyed our stay in Salt Lake City! Brad's basement apartment suited our family of 5 well! The property was very clean, as advertised, with comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels, and a nice kitchen and living room area.
The location is a quiet residential street with very quick access to groceries and the highways.

the pictures of the place to stay were right on - family didn't like staying in the basement of someone's home - no picture windows to look out for view of neighborhood - spouse and daughter thought the place smelled of cat urine - I did not smell anything - curb appeal is huge for me - did not have that - stairs leading down to rental were old and cracking and dirty

Great Communication and Location to Moutains
We stayed for around two months and communication throughout the stay was perfect and a great location for skiing. It is a basement unit and can be a little dark during the winter months but overall a wonderful stay.

Great ski location
We took a ski trip to Salt lake, and loved the location of this property. We were easily able ride at all of the resorts we planned. The stores near by made life really simple, and my son and I loved the near by park.

Great Bargain, great location, nice place overall
The property owner was great to work with and communicated all of the details of the property very well. Overall the property was in great condition. The only complaint was that the cookware was not the best but we were able to make do. Location was great for access to the Cottonwood Canyons ski resorts and we would definitely stay there again.

Key location
This place is located in the center of everything you’ll need for a ski vacation. Ski rentals, grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, coffee houses, etc... are all within a couple minutes drive from the house. We were able to ski within 3 hours of landing in SLC, because everything we needed was so close. Within that timeframe, we ate, went grocery shopping, picked up rentals, checked in, unpacked, geared up, and drove to one of the ski resorts. The proximity to all the mountain ski resorts made this place a gem!

Amazing location
We loved this place. The basement apartment is very clean and nice, with a fantastic location. Like 2 minutes to trader joes, target, whole foods, and maybe 5min to mouth of either canyon. My daughter and I stayed for 8 days and skied everyday hitting all 5 of the resorts on the ikon pass. We had a wonderful stay!

Great apartment close to ski slopes
Brad's place was great! We were 3 adults, 2 kids (ages 11, 8) on a 3-day ski vacation in SLC. The apartment is centrally located (35-45 mins to Park City and Cottonwood Canyon resorts), has all the creature comforts you expect (internet, TV, laundry, full kitchen) and then some extras like board games and arcade games (which the kids just loooved!). Super convenient with shops, grocery stores, outdoor gear store, ski rentals, restaurants, etc. just 2 miles away. There was a winter storm when we were there and the apartment was very warm and cozy. Also, Brad was very responsive, replying within 5 mins every time I messaged him. We would definitely come back!
