First visit to Florida and using rental property. Perfect size for our family of 10. However, having a third bathroom would have been better for our group of 10. Would have been helpful if there was information in the house about restaurants and things to do in the area. Walking distance to the beach and/or free parking was a plus. The swimming pool at the house was enjoyed every day.

The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults, a teenager, 2 small kids, and an infant. The pool was fantastic and made for fun day and night swimming. The property was beautifully landscaped and had everything needed for the week away. It was comfortable, beachy, and quiet. We definitely needed to drive to the park - as opposed to walk, for beach access, because it’s across a very busy road. For those traveling with kids, it was perfect as every exterior door to the pool had door alarms that notified loudly when opened. Would definitely recommended for families!

We really enjoyed the house! My kids enjoyed the pool and the host really went the extra mile with all the extra amenities.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Kitchen was well stocked with condiments and coffee. Nice touch. Pool was a Godsend as we were coming from DisneyWorld and the kids were running on fumes and badly needed a rest day. Florida screen around pool was a nice touch.
Will definitely look at renting this house the next time we look to have another family vacation to Cocoa Beach.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and well furnished home. Teresa was a great host and kept us informed about interesting things going on during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
The swimming pool was a great addition and everyone loved it.

Since 1981 our family has been visiting Cocoa Beach. My husband and I honeymooned there and we have spent many spring break vacations there with our children. My parents are now older and we have grand children. It was the perfect way to have everyone be together. The beach is our favorite place to be and this house made everything possible. The beach, the pool and room for everyone made this a wonderful week. The door alarms for the pool area made the adults feel very safe with our adventurous littles, and it
was everything we wanted it to be. We even got to see the rocket launches at night from the pool area. The grands loved the ice cream within walking distance as well! Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

The property manager was very sweet and quick to respond when I messaged her. The home was clean and well cared for. Our kids really enjoyed all the toys and bikes that were available in the garage along with the ping-pong table and pool. Very comfortable stay!

We enjoyed this property very much. There was initial confusion about the pool temperature. We thought it was something we could control but it is up to the owners. However they were very prompt at working with us to get the pool to a comfortable temperature for the little girls.
Minor things, the house could use an upgrade on kitchen items. There were only 4 spoons and 4 wine glasses, not enough coffee cups. Some plastic wine glass would have been great for poolside. It was a pretty short walk to beach but across a busy road. Also not a problem as we went to the light. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels.

We enjoyed the house very much especially the pool and the proximity to the ocean. Our host had stocked the house with so many of those things you didn't know you'd need until you did. She was very quick to reply with answers to the couple of questions we had.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Teresa was great from the first point of contact prior to booking to after our stay. Greta location to downtown and Kennedy Space center. Will book her home again.

Had a sisters get together - lots of senior ladies! - and the house is great - bright and cheery with lots of room. Weather was perfect so we really enjoyed the pool and the screened in pool area. Had a couple minor questions and Teresa was quick to respond and very helpful. Only little problem we had was the step down into the living room from the entrance foyer which we all had a problem with until we made sure to be careful stepping down. Could be it was just us old ladies and might not be a problem for anyone under 50 years old! Teresa said they were working on how to make it more noticeable for future guests. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

I booked this location for some friends and myself. It was exactly as it appeared in all of the photos. Super clean and fully stocked with everything that we could've needed for the weekend. I've already talked with some family about booking the location for a future family vacation.

This property had everything you could possibly need! The pool was wonderful and loved all of games, bikes, ping pong table and beach chairs! The inside of the house was clean and wonderfully decorated! I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was PERFECT. We were 10 (2 grand-parents, 4 adults et 4 kids under 7) and we had a great time! The beach was near (with free parking) and the pool was heated and a big hit with everyone. The house if amazing for families and filled with gear/games for everybody. Already missing it...Thanks again for everything - we would go back in the blink of an eye!

This is a well maintained, well stocked beach house with the perfect location. Our host was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We hope to return soon to this amazing home. Our family enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard pool and had a fun family cookout on the grill. The house is well stocked with some of the essentials for things like washing laundry and dishes, cooking supplies, etc. so we only had to focus on buying our food for the week. The owner is very communicative and even kept us updated on the rocket launches which we could spot and hear from the house. The location was great and nearby to the beach and kayaking. Restaurants are all within a short 5 minute drive or so and there is an ice cream shop that you can walk to at the front of the neighborhood. Overall a great property for family vacation!

Our stay was great, and exactly as advertised. Communication with Teresa was great. She was very helpful and quick to respond.. Our kids enjoyed the games, play space and certainly the heated pool.

We had never been to Cocoa Beach so enjoyed the proximity to the pier, Ron Jon's Surf Shop and, about an hour away, the amazing Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. Beautiful yard and pool area. Nice layout with master bedroom on one side of house, and other three bedrooms and a bath on opposite side. Closest beach was not an easy walk for us more mature adults! But an easy drive. Lovely experience all around.

We stayed for four nights and overall it was a wonderful stay. Teresa was great to communicate with and we greatly appreciated the late check-out. The pool was so nice to have. It's super close to the beach and we walked to the local ice cream shop. In terms of cleanliness, the dishes in the cupboard had dust in them - I think from not being used often, but just something to be aware of, and the beach chairs/toys could use some updating. I realize from the salt they get worn out but the chairs and umbrellas wouldn't even open because of so much rust. Every place is going to have a couple of minor things, they by no means ruined our stay or anything. Our 3-year-old has asked a couple of times to go back to our "new house in Florida" haha. Overall I recommend it!

Can’t say enough great things about this property and the host! Teresa was so communicative and welcoming. The house was incredibly well stocked and hospitable for our weekend family get-together. We loved it so much that some of the family wanted to rent it again!

We stayed for 4 nights and just returned home today. This house is in a great location with the beach across the street, ice cream shop up the road and a grocery store less than 5 minutes away. The backyard was great with a private screened in pool. We spent several hours outside utilizing the pool and hardly left the house. If you’re thinking about renting this house, book it! You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful. House was perfect for our family - exactly as described and even better in person. Couldn't be happier with the beautifully decorated and bright house, host Teresa or the location. Great thought and detail went into providing everything you may need. Just grab your food and you're good to go! The pool also is wonderful and again, everything provided. A very short walk to the beach rounded out this awesome stay. Only complaint is our stay wasn't long enough and we didn't want to leave!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The weather was cooler but they allowed us to heat up the pool so we could enjoy it. Walking to the beach for us wasn't realistic with the actual distance and bringing everything for the day but drove and found free parking. Communication with the host was easy and quick! Plenty to do in the area. Laundry isn't coin laundry and for showering soap shampoo conditioner provided.

The place was beautiful. The beds were big and comfortable. There were 6 of us and we either had a room to ourselves, or a bed to ourselves. It was a mom's weekend away from family and spouses. The pool was amazing and walking distance to the beach. The host was very sweet and responded back when needed. We will defiantly book again.

Perfect for family vacation
This home met all of our needs! The location was perfect for all the activities we booked. We did a dolphin tour, kayak tour, helicopter tour, parasailing, kennedy space center, and of course the beach. Close to many great restaurants and ice cream shops. The home had everything we needed for 5 adults and three children. Plenty of space and the pool was perfect! The host was wonderful to us. We will book here again next time we travel to cocoa beach.

Family Vacation
The Cocoa Beach Getaway House is the perfect title for this vacation rental. This house was absolutely amazing!! The house was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, short ride to the beach & ice cream shop right around the corner. Teresa was outstanding to work with & very timely in her responses when needed. She had everything we needed and more. The pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. We have already booked our next trip with Teresa and are super excited to return. This will always be at the top of our list when we visit Cocoa Beach to rent. Thank you Teresa for making our family vacation a very memorable one that we will cherish for a lifetime!

Perfect Place for Family/Friends
The title sums up our stay!! Our group had an amazing time, the house was perfect and the fact that The Ice Cream Hut was a short walk away was ideal! Teresa was very accommodating. Highly recommend!!
