Property has everything you need for a wonderful time at the beach and comfort of a vacation.

Love the Del Mar Beach Club being coming here for years. This is the 2nd year staying at this condo. Only wish they had black out curtains for those of us that don't want to awake early, after all we are on vacation.

There were plenty of beach supplies, well stocked kitchen, linens and towels. We felt comfortable and the property management was kind and easy to access if any needs arise. The grounds were immaculate and a very friendly neighborhood. Without question we would return.

Can walk down to the beach or into town, yet neighborhood to quiet. Condo is much larger than looks online.

All the comforts of home were here, furniture was super comfy, all the kitchen supplies you needed were available and the location very desirable. We loved walking down to the observation deck with our glasses of wine and taking in the beauty of the sunsets! Neighbors were delightful. Very secure and safe. Loved every minute of our stay! We will return!

We had a great week in this wonderful condo. We came to the area to celebrate my nephew’s wedding and spend time with others in our family. There was plenty of space for 5 adults, as well as for some spontaneous get togethers. This condo is comfortably furnished and unbelievably well equipped. We especially enjoyed the patio. The location was perfect for us, and allowed us easy access to the San Diego attractions. My only caution is that the beach is very close but hard to access. There are about 5 flights of stairs down from the street level to reach the beach. And then you need get back up!

Couldn’t find a better spot to enjoy and make memorable times with our family.

This is our second year staying here. We love the location, patio and condition of the unit.

The unit was clean and spacious. Large rooms great floor plan. The patio was lovely. I would definitely stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect! Beautiful, clean, peaceful, and so many amenities available. The host was very gracious, understanding and accommodating!! We hope to vacation here again!

Wonderful location steps from the beach with good WiFi that allowed me to continue to work remotely while enjoy the beach with extended family. Solana Beach has that small town beach vibe that makes you forget that you are in a major metro area. We will be back.

When we arrived at the address we realized this unit was not the unit the agent had sent pictures of for our review before renting. Essentially we were shown a different unit and an error on the part of Stubbs rented us a different unit, one that we were never shown pictures of or a description for. We were understandably upset as the unit we had been shown through email was upgraded and chosen Specifically for certain features. The unit that we were given was not an upgraded unit and we had no profile or information on this unit. I immediately returned to Stubbs And showed Kathy Email evidence that the unit they originally showed us was not the same as the one they rented us . She was apologetic and commented that the woman who handled our reservation usually works in marketing and must have made an error and the unit she sent us pictures of , the agreed-upon unit, was Now rented to other people. She did say we could change properties a week later for an upgraded comparable unit in another development. However traveling with two children and changing arrangements a week later for a month vacation was not appealing. The Next day my husband went to the office to speak with the manager, Debbie, and had a very negative interaction. She was very dismissive and rude saying there was nothing they could do and tried to say that the error was on both parties part? It was very clearly an error on the part of Stubbs And a misrepresentation of the unit they rented us, as they never even sent us pictures of it. While we understand accidents happen the lack of responsibility that Debbie took for the situation and unprofessional attitude was disappointing. As someone in customer service I may have offered the family my Apologies and perhaps a small gesture such as a gift certificate to a nearby restaurant, a reduction in the rent as the unit was not an upgraded unit, etc. But at the least I would have been kind.

We have stayed at the DMBC before, but never on the west side. This unit was a perfect fit for our family. The patio is wonderful and the bathrooms have been nicely updated. Will definitely stay in this property again.

I would work 11 hours a day and would return to the house and feel like I was at home. the house was fantastic, I am scheduled to return in January for an additional 2 weeks and will be booking again if available.
