Is new, then room and all the facilities are new and clean. Ok the first floor there is a nice a restaurant with delicious food and on weekends they make activities so you can enjoy.

Dall'estetica del b&b alla camera moooolto bella, dalla pulizia alla comodità.
L'esperienza assolutamente positiva ha trovato un forte riscontro grazie al personale che oltre ad essere molto dolce e disponibile, è la punta di diamante di questa esperienza.

Sitio correcto si al día siguiente tienes un vuelo muy temprano. Está a 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Bari y cerca de la carretera en el polígono. Limpieza adecuada. Anfitrión amable y servicial. Desayuno bollería y café incluido.
Lo único que el restaurante de debajo tiene un poco alta la música durante el día, pero tampoco es algo que pueda llegar a molestar y ya que es un alojamiento de paso para coger un vuelo temprano.

Everything is new
the shower cabin is very, very small. The bed is very short. The walls of the room seem to be made of paper. you can hear everything he is doing in the other room: snoring, blowing his nose, brushing his teeth. you can hear very well what he is saying or doing.

Our host was ever so kind and accommodating to our needs. A real bonus. The room was small but absolutely perfect. It was all we needed, Breakfast was good too, in the bar at ground level.

Amazing hotel, with great accommodation and staff. Rooms very clean and great breakfast with coffee or tea. Parking on the street, but a lot of places to park. Hotel owner very friendly and helpful with every issue. Good localisation. Would recommend for holidays or work related stays.I will definitely return here.

In hotel I spent 7 nights in beautiful, modern single room which was very clean - every single day! There also is a typical, Italian restaurant where every morning I enjoyed my sweet breakfast. What I would like to underline is fact that all staff of hotel and restaurant was very kind and helpful. Considering the price I would highly recommend booking and staying at Noemi B&B hotel 👍😊😊

Everything was great - nice room, daily room cleaning, good breakfast (coffe and sweet pastry), nice staff, free parking on the street. Ideal for a travelling around Puglia by car.
Twice there was a little noise from the restaurant in the evening, but it was nothing terrible. The accommodation is in an industrial area, but we knew about it, there was no noise, when the window was closed.

- Excellent for early flights.
- Decor absolutely modern and elegant. The facility really looks like a hotel.
- Staff was pretty cordial and helpful. In particular, I was given the private parking for free.
- No bedside table.
- No bidet.
- Be careful that on saturday night the restaurant next to the b&b features a karaoke party with music blasting out until 1 a.m. It did not particularly bother me, but some of you might not like that.

The hospitality is uncomparable, and the new building is very pretty.

The room was very clean and peaceful, with a big balcony. Everything very modern. Breakfast was nice and Aryan helped me with many things! I felt very welcomed.
I highly recommend Noemi's b&b for anyone looking for a few nights of good sleep and relaxation. And there is a nice garden too!
