We had a lovely view of the river from our room and Eduardo was informative and welcoming.

Getting in and out of the shower was trick

Eduardo and his family made my stay feel like I was a part of his family. Very highly recommended and the location was right near a beach with rapids, fishing, cycling and walking area, 2 Nice restaurants within walking distance

Eduardo is a gracious host. The day was hot and he offered a portable fan and a bottle of cold water to help me to cool down.

My room was extremely clean, i mean spotless. Really extraordinary. Eduardo the host is very friendly and gives great tips for things to do in the vicinity. He also speaks perfect English.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Eduardo is the perfect host, very knowledgeable about the area and fist class communications. The building and rooms are immaculate and the view along the valley breathtaking. The location is great on the banks of the Mondego with a couple of places to eat and drink a short walk away. Bicycles are safely stored inside the building.

even though the heater was turned on for 2 days the room was still cold, thin walls, we heard each sound of noisy guests

It is very well located, Eduardo is a super friendly host. It's very clean and it's well located. Loved my stay and will probably come back!

This place was better than I thought, considering the budget price! Firstly the room was a decent size, HOT shower whenever you wanted it, amazing view of the river valley and I liked the colour themed towels. The best thing though was the manager Eduardo had absolutely perfect English and we had great conversations about the history of the area, Portuguese history and he was able to give very clear directions to everything I was to see and the supermarket. Highly recommend.

clean and well taken cared of - room wise

The parking area is not exactly recommended if your vehicle isn't 4x4. Slight too strict but enough for one night.

Room was clean & comfortable, with all the basics needs, exceptional view from the room (river view) and good value for the money. There was private parking below the property and the area is reasonably quiet.

The entrance is right onto a main hwy so you need to be careful... no internet.

Good value for money, location, no-frills hotel with nice and friendly staff

There was an issue with the room door lock and one time we couldn't unlock it to get out of the room. But all got sorted quickly by calling the number they gave us and asking for help.
