Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.

A hidden Oasis
The property was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for the family to gather for meals and the pool was a blessing during a 105 degree heat wave. The host was easy to reach and communicated with us when necessary.

Great large villa with garden, pool and jacuzzi.
We had a great time at this large villa. It's located in a quiet residential area. The villa was v clean. We enjoyed eating outside and the electric BBQ. The jacuzzi was good fun

Amazing house , fantastic holidays
We have just spent the new years eve with my family at this house . We were 11 people and the house is so big and has so much space that we could relax and enjoy the time together . The inside and outside space is fantastic and everything is very well maintaned. Christian was very kind and his response time very fast . Amazing family holiday . Thinking about coming back in the summer time to be able to use the fantastic swimming pool . Thanks again Christian .

We stayed in the Big House at the end of August and had a fantastic time. There were 10 of us, 7 adults and three children ranging from 6-12 years old.
The photos of the house on the listing do not really do it justice. The house is beautiful , it's beautifully furnished, and has everything you need for a family holiday. The outside kitchen and eating area by the pool is great. We spent most of our time either there or in the pool.
We had planned to go to the fiesta in Alcala de Henares but the house is actually about 4km from Alcala, the map on the listing isn't accurate ( at least it isn't at this time) , this didn't turn out to be a problem as the house is so amazing no one wanted to go out much. The only reason I have given only 4 stars for the listing is because of the inaccurate map. There are no shops nearby so a car is essential.
Fredric, the owner was really helpful, although he was away at the time of our stay so I never met him apart from via WhatsApp.
None of the bedrooms had air conditioning, although all but one had fans. The upstairs rooms get very hot at that time of the year at about 32C at night. We found a portable air-conditioning unit in the house which we used in the main upstairs bedroom.
My family had a really good time at the Big House. We are hoping to return in a couple of years time.

Il y a un écart de localisation entre l'annonce et le mail du gérant : il existe une calle oviedo à alcala de henares (l'annonce) et à l'urbanizacion Zulema ou se situe la location ( 8km entre les deux). Merci au gérant pour son mail trois jours avant notre départ, nous indiquant l'urbanizacion Zulema !

Grande et belle maison avec deux magnifiques et immenses chambres avec grande salle d'eau et jacuzzi, une avec grand dressing, quatre chambres en sous-sol "éclairées" par des soupiraux, avec une petite salle de bain à partager.

Sehr großes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Objekt. Riesiger Pool. Auch für Kinder viele Aktivitäten am Objekt. Ruhige Lage in einer Einfamiliensiedlung.
Auch für Kinder sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir haben uns mit 12 Erwachsenen und zwei Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt.
Ein eigenes Auto vor Ort ist zu empfehlen.

Plenty of shade provided, with a lovely outside seating kitchen area.
Nicolas the owner was extremely welcoming and helpful on our arrival, ensuring that we settled in well. There is use of a small car, allowing us to make trips to the supermarket close by.
The only minor downside to the villa is there is no A/c, but there are a number of fans.
All in all, this is an amazing villa for a relaxing family holiday. Would most certainly return here and highly recommend to others.

A spacious, comfortable villa. Frederic was a helpful host. A well-appointed kitchen and a large lounge with various seating areas. Very homely house with big bedrooms. The gardens are lovely, with various outdoor eating or seating areas. Lots of birds singing too.

A spacious, comfortable villa. Frederic was a helpful host. A well-appointed kitchen and a large lounge with various seating areas. Very homely house with big bedrooms. The gardens are lovely, with various outdoor eating or seating areas. Lots of birds singing too.

Plenty of space within the house to have some time to yourself if needed. On the doorstep of lovely rural hillside area to go mountain biking or running directly from the house.
Well equipped supermarket a 5 min drive. Train station with trains into central Madrid every 15 mins, only 10 mins drive.
Car necessary, parking a plenty.
A great stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We were a group of 13 and...
We were a group of 13 and had a wonderful stay on this property. The owner and his wife were kind, responsive hosts, and the location is beautiful.
The house was ideal for a large group, with a big sitting area and dining area, outside tables and chairs, a beautiful pool, and a well-stocked kitchen. We had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the whole group. The grocery store was a short drive away. The area (Zulema) was very safe, and the property is gated as well. The included car was very helpful.
By train Alcala de Henares (we used the La Garena stop) is about 30 minutes from Madrid, and from the tracks you might think that the area is a bit sketchy because of the graffiti, but the house is in a separate suburb that is lovely. Be sure to learn how to drive to the train station, because there are u turns that may be counter-intuitive to some drivers. The next time we stay with a group, I would rent a van, because it was about 16 E per taxi each way to the train station.

Absolutely beautiful house, fantastic facilities....everything you could want and ever need!! We were lucky enough to hire the villa for 9 days when my brother got married to a girl from Alcala, so we will certainly be back to see family. Thankyou again!

"The villa is beautiful, there were 11 of us during our stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We found that all rooms were clean and well furnished. The villa is in a quiet residential area but only 30 minutes by train into Madrid. There is a good local supermarket nearby and the use of a car made getting provisions back real easy. The outside space around the villa is fantastic and although we were staying in late October found we could still sit outside around the pool.
The owner could not have been more helpful and his advice and help, made sure that we had a great 5 days stay and I would have no hesitate in recommending a stay here.

The owner even collected us (twice) from the airport, for which we were very grateful! What a beautiful location and what a awesome house.
The very big, but charming house is located on the hills. The house and the swimming pool are fantastic. It felt like a present and a true holiday-present. So much space for five people; own bedrooms, own bathrooms, some with jacuzzi or jetstream showers! The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The owner is so nice and very helpful. We''ve felt honored and very welcome. If you book this house, you don''t want to leave! If you want to relax, this is the place. But if you want the dynamics of the city, Madrid is only 20 minutes away. There are a lot of hiking possibilities in the surroundings. Nice birds and good photo-possibilities as well. We are already planning our next stay at this house."
