Road noise made it impossible to sleep. Undisclosed excessive pet fee of $75, found out after check-in. Supposedly pet-friendly room was on the 4th floor and forced us to use the elevator as my pet is recovering from knee surgery.

Kind staff and helped me with directions as my gps didn’t seem to know the new roads in the area. The listed said there was no parking at the property but there was plenty of parking

The check-in staff was unable to locate the reservation using the booking.com confirmation number OR name. She kept assisting others instead of completing the check-in. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Hot showers
Cleaning every other day, the pull out couch was terrible and uncomfortable like sleeping on a pallet, pillows were flat, elevator was broken 3 of 4 days we were there and we were on the third floor, breakfast was boring with lack of selection and powdered eggs and week old, stale biscuits, the walls were paper thin and could hear all others bathroom time in next door rooms, and the location was on a busy street with constant traffic day and night. As well, upon checking out, we were greeted with Sherwood tax, Washington county tax and Oregon state tax for each night…around $20 a night. This place is horrible. If I could get my money back, I would but since I can’t I would advise nobody stay at this hotel.

It was really great and we all loved the waffles. Thank you for such a great variety every day.
We didn’t have any housekeeping staff come by during the entire stay. The room was full of trash cans needing to be emptied out and no new towels were delivered to the room during the trip.

Found out I was checked out one day earlier than expected without notice. EXTREMELY INCONVENIENT.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and quiet.
The coffee was terrible~ I have stayed at Hampton before and the coffee is always bad.
It would have been nice to have at least one extra towel in the room, there was only two bath towels and one hand towel and one washcloth.

Decor was very nice. Exercise room has a good selection of equipment. Breakfast had a good variety of foods.
King one bedroom suite description is misleading. None of the rooms have a separate bedroom from the rest of the room. Noise other rooms and outdoors fairly easily heard. Recumbent bike was not working. Ran out of a couple of foods at the breakfast multiple mornings. A little awkward getting in the parking lot from 99W.

Amazing staff! Breakfast was perfect for both a five yr old and a 66 yr old. We went for the indoor pool.

The breakfast was pretty good and appreciated. With walking the dog, the neighborhood is okay if you stay of Hwy 99.
The lack of housekeeping services, especially when requested, is definitely a negative when scoring services. It would be good to have front desk staff to not ge chewing on a toothpick when speaking with guests and not to heave an audible sigh of annoyance when requesting housekeeping services. Additionally, the $75.00 pet fee seems very high as nothing seems to be done that requires that high an amount - certainly rugs aren’t cleaned as our dog could certainly smell other pets on them, dog beds or treats are not provided, what does this high fee go for?
