We owned a condo at Lake Cliffe for 30 years and loved returning there, especially to this large unit with a spectacular view and very easy access for our 88 year old senior who uses a walker. The concert noise was manageable and did not bother us. The younger set loved being on the bike path for early morning runs and biking.

We enjoyed the views of the lake (beyond the marina parking) and great natural landscaping. The unit is clean. Bathrooms are good size. Linens are nice. Parking is easy. Being right beside the Dillon amphitheater, there is concert noise. It’s not overly loud and ends by 10:00 (at least for the 3 concerts while we were there). We had a minor issue with the unit and Summit Management took care of it really fast and over all are easy and pleasant to work with. The pool and hot tubs in the complex are adequate, nothing special. Great location.

This is a great condo! Perfect location to walk to the lake, restaurants, hike, or ride bikes. We sat on the porch in the evening and listened to the concert. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was a big **** roach crawling on the living room wall. Other than that we loved it!!!

Everything was great. The only negative, was when it was time to check out and I went to start the dishwasher. There was no dishwashing detergent in the apartment. Then I started to get a sinking feeling that the dishes we were eating off of for the past three days were most likely only rinsed and not washed due to the absences of detergent. Yuck.

Condo was fantastic! Well equipped with paper towels, Kleenex, tp, soft bath towels, plenty of kitchen towels, and lawn chairs! Very clean and comfortable! Patio was very nice with gate to lawn and grill was like new! Beds very comfortable with nice sheets. Indoor pool was great too!
Hammock in the open yard with horseshoes was nice in the evening. Close walk to playground, restaurants, and amphitheater.

We had a great five night stay at Lake Cliffe in Dillon. We had great conditions to ski in. After a day of skiing it was always nice to relax at the condo by the fireplace. The condo had everything we needed and had great views of the lake and the mountains. Location was very central. Walkable to a few bar and grills in city center in Dillon. Close to shopping, skiing, restaurants, various entertainment venues and groceries. I enjoyed walking the trail along the lake as well.

Gorgeous view and clean, comfortable condo!
We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again! Best location in Dillon; can see lake views, Mountain views, and condo is on a corner so very private! Walk to Pug Ryan’s and other places to eat, and walk to Dillon Ampitheater and playground. Easy check-in and good communication from mgmt co. Highly recommend!!!

Good property and location but property management lacks internal communication
We rented this place with a friend of ours. Good property, clean, easy check-in. Nothing wrong with most of the property highlights. Now reason why we gave 2 stars - most important reason was the check out process - we asked the previous day to our check out if we can check out later than 10 am. We were told by the associate that since there are no bookings the following day we can check out by noon without incurring any late fees. However the day of check out we received a phone call at around 10:30am from the management office asking why we did not check out yet and demanded that we check out immediately. We explained that we were offered late check out by noon but the lady said that we have no notes saying so. We had to rush to check out without showering or eating our breakfast for the management’s lack of internal communication. We would have planned to check out at 10 am had we not offered a late check out the previous day. This check out process and lack of management’s communication resulted in a disappointing stay which would have been otherwise a wonderful stay. Another minor comment - would be good to put a note somewhere in the condo about where the laundry is located.

The Summit Resort Group staff was exceptional responding quickly to a minor lighting problem. we added it to our list of favorite places in the Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge area.
