Amazing location with a view over the water

A beautiful place where the past is still present with its lovely wooden houses. The view fron our room was very nice overlooking the water. Well equipped kitchen and cosy.
The walls are very thin so you can hear many sounds from people going tot the shared bathroom.

We had a very nice stay at Gustafsberg. It was in the last days of the season, so not very busy. The house and the room was lovely and the area very romantic. We havent been to the restaurant as it was only open for lunch Mo-Fr. The cafe is very nice. We went hiking and enjoyed the sea.
The reception was only open 2h in the morning and 1h in the afternoon though it said differently on booking.com.
We had a room in the hotel opposite the shared bathrooms. That was a bit smelly. You could hear almost every word from other guests.

Location on the waterside is great!
We had ordered bedlinnen, but they were not provided in the room when we checked in after the reception was closed. Luckily we had sleeping bags with us.

The place was fabulous, near the see. I lived it.
It was too expensive to rent the bed line and towel for one night .

The location is excellent. Let down only by the standard of accommodation.
The main building is ok but the annex called "Sjöstugan" is not. It has no toilet or washing facilities. We were split up as a family which we were not told about until our arrival.

The location is fantastic. I liked eating at the restaurant snäckan. You can do a beautiful beach walk that goes through the location that ends in the city in 30 minutes. I could enjoy the sunset from my window.
The placement of my room - if people were talking outside the window or in the hall, it woke me up.

Beautiful location! The hotel room (we had the suite at the castle). The surroundings. The calm feeling.
We almost ran out of toilet paper day 2. Reception hours were limited. Too late check in time: 4 p.m!
