Czystość i pomocny personel.

it was always warm. parking was Ok. spa was nice and clean. breakfast was good. ski storage was great. close to lift.

bedroom was small. very bad soundproofing. we could hear the dogs next door, and were woken up by the person above using the toilet (yes, not so pleasant eh…). We felt it was expensive also… however, we did book late and in season. Also, spa was extra and bathrobes also.

Velice přátelský, ochotný a vstřicný personál, cítili jsme se jako doma! Hotel se nachází asi 400 metrů od prvního vleku nahoru, takže jsme nepotřebovali ani ski-busy, ani auto. A na rozdíl od vedlejší a známější obci Madonna je Pinzolo o dost příjemnější a míň nafoukané (a ani v něm nepotkáte nikoho v kožichu :) ). Paráda!

Není jednoduché najít v Pinzolo restauraci, která vám uvaří večeři bez objednání předem, ale nakonec jsme zvládli i tento úkol. V samotném hotelu samozřejmě je dobrá restaurace, ale večeřet celý týden v jednom místě se nám nechtělo.

L'hotel si trova leggermente defilato dal centro di pinzolo, raggiungibile comunque con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. camere spaziose pulite arredate con gusto. molto bene la colazione sia dolce che salata con torte fatte in casa, disponibile il personale e molto gradito poter usufruire di sauna e piscina.

parcheggio a mio avviso troppo piccolo per il numero di ospiti che l'hotel può ospitare.

The hospitality of the family truly lived up to the warmth Italians are known for. They were kind, loving and very helpful. Edelweiss Alpine had an inviting family friendly, non pretentious glow about it. We loved our stay here. The breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. The breakfast staff attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel itself seems brand new, modern yet true to its roots and location making it a perfect ski lodge destination for families & friends. All of this made it supurb value for the money. Well done!

There was nothing we didn't like. A kettle in the room would have made it a fait accompli, however the owners provided us a steel thermos of steaming hot water whenever we wanted.

There is no air conditioning in the dining room (or it was not switched on)
