We had an excellent time. Close to everything we wanted to do in Yosemite. When time matters to get to things, this spot is excellent. Great patio, everything we needed.

We loved this charming and comfortable studio apartment and were so glad it was available at the last minute for just the night we wanted. Communication with Alexey was great and we hope to stay there again, longer next time!

Greate condo providing park access without registraton for the price. Small problem - no temperature regulator inside. We had to ask owner to setup the temperature.

These host were top notch. Very detailed instructions for everything and very prompt. They aim to please! They handle your park reservation and give you a wonderful continental breakfast. On top of that they left us snacks and a lovely bottle of wine. The place was clean and the sheets and pillows and bed soft. The air-conditioning helped as it did get hot during the day, and they have satellite TV and internet. They even provide all the bells and whistles like an extra phone charger. I would def stay at one of their properties again! ~Cara

Excellent communication with the hosts Alexey & Nila. They explained everything in detail and replied promptly to questions. The apartment was in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Yosemite. It’s about a 20-30 min drive to the valley, which was fine with us since it’s chaotic in the valley itself. Room was great and the amount of food provided for breakfast was more than enough. Bathrooms could use a little updating but honestly everything worked and was clean.

We enjoyed the location and the property. Propane didn't work for grill. The gas knob on tank wouldn't budge. Overall though we would recommend the property :)
