Good location and is near take-out spots, stores, and locals.

Spider webs in the corners. Insulation is needed due to bugs in the beds, showers, and bathrooms however, it's beautifully islandy so guess it's to be expected. Bug spray was provided and appreciated. The driveway is steep and narrow so need to be very careful there.

Tanara the Hosts daughter collected us from the airport with her helpful husband and delivered us directly to the house absolutely brilliant service took us down to the town to get essentials items for day one, no Hassell's for her to do that

filthy fans had vermin poo land in my meal when we turned them on, plates have large chips, cutlery covered in food in draw, blood stains on sheets, bbq covered in vermin poo, lacked basic amenities. Not fit for international travellers. No comfortable seating for lounge.

Lack of kitchen utensils. Could have been cleaner. No servicing in a two week stay. Broken blinds and curtains. Fan speeds not adjustable. Smell from sewerage system.

The view was awesome. Swimming pool awesome Spacious Plenty of Hotwater Beddings clean and fresh..could do with new pillows. Otherwise it was comfortable.

1. Washing machine need attention/maintenance 😩 2. Could do with new pillows 3. Glass louvres, blinds need attention 4. Overall the place could have done with a little bit of a spruced up before guest checks in. 5. Could have done with lighting up the driveway.

Location and facilities - amazing! Spacious with a deck looking out onto the lagoon - I spent the majority of time that I was in the house on the deck. Really just an excellent spot for lazing around. Tamara was an excellent host - nothing was too much trouble for her - place was clean with flowers around the house and a huge bottle of water in the kitchen.

People have complained about the drive. I found it ok if the drive was dry. If the drive is wet be very careful you don't slip on it. The pool needed a clean out of leaves but that was a minor issue.

Being met at the Airport was a very nice touch and was unexpected.

Really appreciated the attention given to us by the owners. Very supportive. The house is large - a little dated but absolutely OK for a holiday in Aitutaki. The pool was great - the house included everything you might need. The best sunset views.

Would have been better to know about internet vouchers from the outset. The system works really well once you know the routines.
