Beach near the Hotel Manager at the Hotel was really friendly and supportive Accesses to Public transport was easy.

Need to provide cleaner every alternate days

The apartment is correct and it has 3 bathrooms

We had some problems with the keys and they didn’t even want to solve it, there’s someone for emergencies to call, but he doesn’t want to leave his place, we don’t even know why he is at service, if he’s not willing to leave his house. We had to enter the property for a bathroom small window, that was of quite dangerous access, otherwise we would’ve had to sleep outside… The morning after we asked the receptionist (we saw her by chance because she was never present), to close the door with the spare key while we were getting our key back, she said no problem, but not only did she not close with the key, she opened and left the door wide open!!!!!!!! We also asked for the iron (that was supposed to be IN the listing), 3 times and we are still waiting for it. The staff was completely non existent.

Very, very poor, from communication to apartment.... Most probably the worse I ever experienced in my life (I travel at least 4 times per year). completely in degradation.. I don't recommend to none, independently of the budget..

We had a wonderful time

The localization of villa yuca is just perfect. You can go to the beach or to the town very quickly. Moreover it is located not so far than one of the most beautiful and known Cala. I can also add that the personnel is very kind, smiling.

Not enough kitchen equipment, no sharp knives. Not enough loo rolls. Shower leaked. No aircon and a noisy bar

Spacious rooms, villas to accommodate up to 6 people, modern furniture, clean. Local small supermarket distant c. 1 min from the property, easy to get breakfast or snack. Nice beach 2 mins from the hotel.

Except only one or two, restaurants around the Els Delphines area are not that good. Not even a basic cleaning of the rooms, only changing of towels after 3 days - that becomes a bit annoying if you send more than 3 days. No fan in the bathroom to dry hair.

The location was just perfect, everything was close by, very convenient. We also loved that they accepted pets, our little dog loved to be there and play with other dogs all the time. Bruno was really nice with us and made all possible to make our days the most comfortable.

It’s a bit old and some little things didn’t work (like a light, the shower head...), but nothing necessary.
