Property was clean and friendly.
Walking distance to the beach. The beach was beautiful, not too big but plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the day.
We had a wonderful time and would suggest others to visit!

Great location to beach and close to town. Enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room conveniently across from the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Booked this the week prior and was pleasantly surprised with my entire stay. Booking process easy, check in was seamless, and the host was very responsive to our communication. The condo itself was very tidy and well kept, though slightly outdated but we weren’t looking for anything fancy as we personally weren’t staying inside for much of our trip so that was far from a deal breaker. Great value for the the price. Would recommend.

We loved it. Other reviews were correct: this place gets great light… would be hard to sleep in. We are early birds… was not an issue.

Although stated in the agreement, lack of personal soap is inconvenient, along with no facial tissues. Upper window has no covering; there is no furniture for the outdoor balcony. Pool was closed due to contamination; instructions for entry to indoor pool not given. Directions to the condo need to be more specific- unit was hard to find.

We booked a last minute short weekend stay and it was great. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4 and the complex had so many perks. Only wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the pools and playground. Fifth Avenue beach is beautiful and a quick 30 second drive up the road. The condo was clean and didn’t lack anything included in the listing. Would definitely recommend and book again!

This is a great condo in a great location. Easy access to all the lakes and towns and Sleeping Bear dunes. Kitchen equipped and we used it daily for breakfast. Feel like fair warning is advised. The beautiful picture windows (and it is a magnificent view) are not covered so if you like a dark room for sleeping this is not for you. Mattress could use an upgrade; it’s really soft with an egg crate topper. We didn’t use the two sleeper sofas so can’t advise on their quality.

View was awesome. Unit was well stocked. Perfect getaway. Could never get connected to the internet. Only tried it once, but the key for the pool would not even go in the lock. My bad, it was the last night and just did not bother to say anything to management. They can't fix something I didn't report.

While the condo had a fabulous view of The Big Lake...... the location of the unit itself we found was right next to the main road which, at times, a bit noisy for our liking. For some people it may not Bother them. And also, it is too bad that the window facing the street in the bedroom perhaps didn't have at least maybe the kind of remote control blinds to be able to shut them at night as the street lights glared in as well as car lights. Again, maybe this would not bother some people.

The location relative to downtown Manistee and the beaches was great. Also, the view of man made lake and through to Lake Michigan was beautiful!
Condo was clean; had everything we needed except it could use a new mattress- unless you like a very soft, squishy mattress. I slept on pull out sofa hoping for some firmness while husband slept upstairs. Never got a good nights sleep. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the mattress if a better experience is important to you for your guests.

place was clean, but there was no soap, dish towels, bad mattress- how do you expect clean up without supplying basic products that you might receive at a hotel? i hope to get my damage deposit back as we hardly used anything- also - $130 cleaning fee? ridiculous- won't use vrbo again

Really nice place good location in Manistee MI. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Almost perfect.
Only issues was the bed in the master was too small for my 6’6” husband, and grill was not clean. Other than that it was awesome. Managers were very prompt helping me with getting connected to the WiFi. Location, amenities and overall the condo was fantastic.

My family and I stayed here two nights in June. The view is awesome. Property was very clean. The location can’t be with regards to location to the pools and hot tubs. If your children are more patient than mine you can walk to the beach where they have food and a really cool park. It is also close to downtown Manistee. Highly recommend Bluefish for a wonderful dinner experience & Goodys for breakfast & coffee. The property was very clean & I was surprised how nice the art on the walls were considering it’s a rental. We had trouble w the Wi-Fi which was corrected quickly . We would definitely stay here again

Great view
This condo has a great view, and is very close to parking and indoor pool. It wasn't tourist season yet, so it was very quiet and peaceful.

Pretty good location
This location was ok. There wasn’t much going on around here, it was pretty quiet. The beach was close and beautiful with a nice pier to walk. Condo was nice, but really bright (with great views), so if you like to sleep in, this isn’t the place for you. Pool was closed two out of the three days we were there, so that was a huge bummer, but it’s really close to this condo which was a plus

Favorite vacation spot Manistee, Michigan!!
Harbor Village is our favorite place to vacation with our family. This property was super clean, spacious for our family of 4, very nice furniture through out the whole place, decorated cute & had everything we needed for the week. The views from the balcony and 2nd floor window were breathtaking. The pools and hot tubs were super close and the beautiful beach and pier was a very short walk away. Can't wait until next year!!

Clean, relaxing, best view ever from 2nd floor balcony. Short walk to wonderful 5th Avenue Beach. We plan to return next year to this gem!

Manistee weekend
The mattress was too soft. We had some difficulties with the lock at the door for the first day. 19 stairs to get to our level. The pools are very nice. the beach was very close and beautiful.

Manistee Getaway
The condo at Brookharbor N was very nice. So tastefully decorated and views from main floor and loft area were amazing. Century 21 Boardwalk Vacation Rentals were very good to deal with. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely rent from them again!

Loved the stay for 2 nights. Cosy and warm as we were easing into Fall. Close to the beach for a walk along the sand and to the light house. Bike trails were great. There are bike racks available too.
I did bring up with the manager that I thought the bread boards could be replaced as looked old w lots of cuts and places for germs. Towels in the kitchen would have been handy to have for drying the odd dish and hands. The light and extractor fan needed attention in the bathroom. They got back to us straight away and acknowledged our feedback.

This is a very nice condo in a lovely neighborhood. The view is great!! Not right on Lake Michigan but within walking distance.
Super clean. Would be a perfect place for an extended visit to our beautiful west coast.

Love staying here!
We always have fun at the condos and in Manistee visiting family. This one was clean, accommodating, and the second floor is fun for my son and gives us extra space. The deck offers a nice view. This one is our favorite!

Romantic Getaway
We rented this unit last minute for Valentine's Weekend. It was a bit small, but was fine for 2 days. We enjoyed the winter landscapes and cozy fireplace. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hottub.

Very small but pleasant
The condo was very small— just barely enough room for my husband and myself. It was very clean and had a very pretty view of the lake, although we were there during a very gray week in January (for a temporary work assignment.) The lack of a washer/dryer was a bit of a problem for us. My husband made use of the nice indoor pool, but the small workout room wasn’t very useful as far as equipment.
