Perfect location for Summer or Winter being a block off Main St. for bars, restaurants and shops. Updated modern condo with nice amenities and comfy beds.

Size: very spacious. We were 4 people and there was tons of room. You could easily double that number comfortably. Big couches, chairs, dining, stools at bar.
Cleanliness: Very clean throughout.
Location: Sub 5 minute walk to gondola. 3 minute walk to main street. Everything in town very close. No need to find parking in town because you can walk everywhere.
Comfort and Finish: Very comfortable. When looking at the exterior photos of Sawmill Creek it had the look of an 80s/90s construction condo so wasn't sure how it'd be but it was great. Recently renovated so doesn't feel old. Despite being on main road and having windows/slider open all the time, never heard traffic.
Amenities: Well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. (not enough dishes is my vacation rental pet peeve). We had 4 people for 4 days and only ran dishwasher as we left on final morning. Fans and humidifiers in the bedrooms. Generally had what we needed all around. We were there in summer so didn't need the ski locker but there's a large lockable one right outside the unit.
Host: Diana was very helpful and made check in/out easy. She was also very understanding when I was accidentally late with 2nd payment (VRBO notifications weren't coming through so I forgot).

The unit was clean with good amenities. It’s one block off the main strip and perfect for walking!
The property manager responded quickly to any questions. We were a party of 4 and the unit was the perfect size. I would recommend this property!

This property was perfectly located just a very short walk from downtown. The unit was just as advertised, very clean, comfortable and cozy with all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, only wish it had been longer. We will definitely stay here again!

This is one of the best properties I have stayed at through VRBO! You could not ask for a better location! You are so close to everything. You have the gondola, bike rentals, Main Street, a shuttle right in front of the property and the 4'0clock and Sawmill Trails you can see through the window. It is also really nice to hear the creek water flowing right behind the unit.
The kitchen had everything you needed. We saved so much money, cooking our meals at the condo. You are not too far from City Market, and Safeway and Whole foods are also close by in Frisco. The place was very cozy and decorated so nicely. My boys LOVED the soft throw blankets! I would add more supportive or pillows though, because we could not get comfortable on the feather pillows. They just kept flattening out.
Hands down, this is the place to be. You even have your own parking spot.

This condo was perfect for our family of four (three teenagers). Cozy living room for gathering together and movie nights, with plenty of dining space for meals and occasional work. Kitchen was very well equipped for preparing a couple of meals each day. Two bedrooms easily accommodated beds for all! LOVED that there was a washer and dryer in the unit! Oh, and did I mention location? EASY walk to Main Street! Really couldn’t have chosen a better condo for our needs. Thanks so much!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Mountain Modern Ski-In Condo! The location along the 4 o’clock run really can’t be beat. We enjoyed the beautiful modern design of remodel and the comfy blankets and fireplace that kept us warm on snowy evenings. The open kitchen with large counter bar area was great for meals and setting out snacks to enjoy. We also appreciated having two large bedrooms separated by two well-appointed bathrooms. The private ski gear closet was also a win. Oh, and the ski village of Breckenridge only a short walk away from the condo has some amazing restaurants and shops too. And, the free Gondola to the slopes nearby was icing on the cake. 5 Star Stay! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Long weekend for skiing… we had never been to this area before and the location of this property was excellent! Could walk to gondola in the morning and ski right down at the end of the day. Clean, comfortable. Would definitely book again.

The accommodations and entire experience was fabulous! Our family of four included our kids ages 20 and 17. We all agreed this was the best ski vacation we have ever had! We were looking for a ski in ski out experience close to downtown. There could not be a more perfect location for that. We had plenty of space, cozy fireplace and such nice furnishings! Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals after a day on the slopes. Check in was super easy and condo was ready for us early. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Perfect spot for family with little ones as you can see the skiers come down 4 o’clock run. Great to have the run right there for kids to practice skiing and snowboarding without having to go up to the main ski area. Also, kids loved sledding. Right in town so everything is close. Great accommodations, great location, and great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

I do not ski so to be so close to the main high street was a real benefit.
My adult children came back to the condominium via the 4’oclock run every day it really is so convenient.
Beds were very comfortable and cosy.
Tv and fireplace was welcoming on the one eve we got pizza delivered.
I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This condo is excellent, has been updated & has everything you need to be super comfortable. Could not be a better, more convenient location. The owners provide excellent details & communication. Kitchen has all you need, including many staples (spices, cooking oil, coffee). Condo is extremely clean & has comfy blankets & great TVs for lounging together & spending family time; lots of towels in the bathrooms & toiletries, even a hair dryer. The owners communicate clearly in advance & provide helpful information about favorite local restaurants, equipment rentals, getting to/from the slopes, etc. The ability to walk right across the street to rent equipment, catch the free bus right at the condo property each morning to go up for skiing, & ski down the Four O'Clock run at the end of your day literally to the steps of your condo is simply marvelous. Really helps reduce the stress, fatigue & physical wear & tear that otherwise comes with several days of rigorous skiing. Condo is within walking distance of Main Street, all the fun shopping, so many great restaurants, etc. Couldn't ask for a better location & setup. Owners are great, let us know the condo was clean & ready for an earlier check in time, extremely responsive to any questions or needs. Covered parking space is also a plus for cold weather & snow. (One heads up: you can hear the folks in the unit above walk around, so just plan for that if you are light sleepers.) This is an excellent property--fantastic experience!!!

Our family of four stayed at this co do for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and the toys, games, books were so great to to have for the kids. They loved it! The beds were comfortable and the dining area was perfect for family dinners.
Can’t say enough about this place. We hope to be back soon!

Very comfortable and clean condo. A king bed would have been better, but we made due with a queen. Nice big kitchen countertop to use your laptop and a soft couch to watch your Netflix movies. Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Great location for walking to town. The condo was clean and very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tubs. We come to Breck every summer and were sad the gondola and all associated activities were closed during our trip… that was the only negative and obviously no fault of the condo ownership. We’ll be more careful next summer when choosing dates, but we’ll choose to stay here again.

Perfect location. Amazing check in and door lock mechanism. Loved size and layout and the sleek dining table. Only negative is that a lot of the glasses and pots and pans were still dirty and had to be rewashed. Look forward to seeing more updates made to this property.

The property was exactly as pictured and described in the write up. It had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. BTW, we loved the switch on fireplace.
It was also easy to communicate with the owners and have all of our questions answered before we arrived.
There were just two of us, but the condo could easily accommodate up to six adults. The location had easy access to both the ski area and Main Street, which was perfect for us. I would definitely look to rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay. Our home away from home was so close to everything. Even our beginner skiers could hope on the bottom of the 4'Oclock run to practice while we cheered them on from the window of the living room. Perfect setting and very cozy. Had a great stay!

The only complaint I have, & not the fault of the condo owner, is that for our entire stay the hot tubs were out of service! We were very much looking forward to using them, & one of the reasons we chose this property. It would have been nice to find this out ahead of time rather than as we pulled in as it didn’t look to be a short out of service project.
Other than that, this condo was absolutely perfect! From the location and views, to the floorplan and comfort, it was a full 5-star!! Diana was great!
Awesome bonus to have an outdoor ski closet so we didn’t have to haul them inside!

This place was amazing for our group of 4 but could definitely accommodate more people. Everything is as advertised - clean, comfy, fully stocked, and it is very close to everything you would want to explore in Breckenridge! Hope to book this place next time we are out west!

The property was very nice, great location to all the shops, restaurants. Most everything you could want within walking distance. The condo was cute and clean.
Only complaint, the master bedroom bed was atrocious! Needs to be replaced, a large crater in the middle, could not even sleep in the bed with my husband. This made our stay less enjoyable.
Thank goodness, we were not full and there were extra bunk beds available. Very disappointed with this.
