This is a phenomenal property in every respect. The decor is awesome - made me feel relaxed and on vacation. Furnishing and fixtures are new and on the upscale side of things. Great shower and bathroom.The host is wonderful - checked in on me and answered questions but gave me space - all you can ask for in a host! Very pleasant and friendly. The space is excellent - no full kitchen if you need one, but I didn't, and the full fridge and microwave, two-person seating area, plus picnicware and condiments is everything a person can need for just a touchdown space. There's a fenced in area with a table and chairs outside the door and space to catch some sun - which I definitely did. Great access to Siesta Key Beach - about 10 minutes or so drive to the public parking. Beach chairs and umbrella, etc. available to use. Easy 30 minute drive to airport and about 15-20 to downtown. I will stay here any time I come to the Sarasota area as long as it is available. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place. As described in the listing. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Not far from the beach and different attractions. Will stay here again next time in the area.

We had a little romantic weekend getaway there and it was fantastic! Very convenient to get to and not too far from some key areas. Very clean and very friendly!

Property was just as described, clean, well appointed and comfortable. We’ll located close to downtown Sarasota (short ride or Uber) and Siesta Key. Quiet neighborhood and very private. Nice sitting areas outside, which we didn’t utilize much as we moved around quite a bit. We would (and may) stay here again if visiting Sarasota.

Super clean. Great location. Couldn't ask for a better host. We had a great relaxing few days here. Looking forward to a return in the near future.

We loved our stay here. The accomodations were clean and perfectly decorated. The hosts have thought of everything and then some to make your stay perfect. The location was great for everything we had planned. We hope to be back soon!

It was comfortable, welcoming and well stocked. I just missed having a sink in the kitchen to wash my dishes.

The unit had everything you could ever need, and then some. It was stocked like a four star hotel. Check-in was super easy and the communication with the owners was very easy. We recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area.

Great get away place

This is a wonderful place to stay in Sarasota area. Extremely clean. Attention to all details needed for travelers. If you forgot it…they have it!

Fantastic place for 1-2 people. Room is immaculately clean, decorated well and has everything you could need for a short stay in Sarasota. Centrally located and good for downtown or the beaches. Great communication from the owners. Highly recommend this place!!

From before I arrived to the last minutes of checkout the host Madison was connecting with me to see how I was if there was anything I needed and updates on weather that could have impacted my stay. The space is perfect for 1-2 people who are looking for a quiet and comfortable setting. Easy access to the beaches, restaurants, main streets. The level of detail and thoughtfulness that went into the set up of this space is top notch right down to q-tips and cotton swabs and everything you need to make quick meals. I was able to do work from the patio outside and the neighborhood is very serene. I'd highly recommend this for individual travelers as well as couples or friends.

This property looks identical to the photos, but offers so much more than you might expect. I guarantee that you would be pleased with the owners due to how truly helpful and caring they are. They'll take care of any questions or concerns that you might have prior and during your stay. If you forgot to bring something with you, you'll either find it in your house or you can tell the owners what you're missing and they'll try to help out. They even offered to give me one of their bikes when I mentioned that I was planning on renting one for the duration of my stay! In addition, the property is fairly close to the beach, good grocery stores, shopping outlets and parks so you won't have to travel far for entrainment. It's also worth noting that the property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, away from the highways and bars, so you can have a truly relaxing stay in Sarasota. The property itself is very clean, has a nice scent, and a powerful AC unit. Overall, I would reccomend this property and would happily come back again.

Excellent communication with the owners, all concerns addressed promptly. However, the facility would have been better with a thermostat separate from the main house since the AC was initially too high and we had to contact the owner to reduce the temperature.

This getaway suite was perfect for us! It was very clean, stocked with more than we could have anticipated, was easily accessible and close to much of Sarasota. In addition, the price was great! We greatly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year!

This is one of the best places I've stayed in

My husband and I came to the area for a wedding, really never expected to come back again. But now I can say without a doubt, we will be back and we will stay here again! The property owners were so pleasant and made us feel at home with them. We really enjoyed the place and our stay!
