Beautiful, spacious home with easily accessible spots nearby such as the beach. Beds were so comfortable! Loved how detailed the owner is to detail. Highly recommended!

The house was great, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was clean and well stocked with more towels than you'll ever need, all the kitchen essentials and beach items! They even have fishing rods, tackle box, cooler and bait trap, which came in handy for fishing off the dock. The kids practically lived in the pool, which was just the right temp! The property was quiet but still close to all the things. You get a little bit of nature being on the canal so we had lots of fish swimming by, birds diving for a fresh catch and some iguana sightings as they like to sunbathe by the dock! 10/10 would recommend!

this house was everything:) the layout was perfect for our family - I loved being on one floor together - and the flow allowed for room to explore/play while still having visuals on everyone. The bonus living room was great, but we didn’t really need it so being able to close the door to shut that area of the house off was such a nice option! You never know where curious kiddos want to go hide, but after shutting the door they didn’t even know it was there. Not that they needed to - the pool was where our family stayed a majority of the day! The mission was to get in as much pool time as possible and we succeeded! Perfect size, perfect temp, lots of pool toys and a LOVELY shaded area If you needed to hide out from the sun for a bit. Great view of a little canal out back and it was actually very quiet! Plus the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals - just like at home. We cannot stress enough how nice our stay was. Thank you for making our first family vacation such a wonderful memory! We would love to come back next year!

Fantastic Marco Island Vacation
Our stay at this property was fantastic from start to finish. The home is very clean, spacious, comfortable, includes everything needed for a great stay and is very convenient to restaurants, shops, the grocery store and right on the water. We rented a pontoon boat that was delivered to the house dock, which was very fun and convenient. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. Detailed information was provided prior to arriving and available at the house. The pool area was perfect to spend time as a group of eight in the morning and after dinner. I highly recommend this property to others thinking about a Marco Island vacation.

Beautiful property, relaxing vacation
This place is exactly as described and pictured: clean, quiet, with a beautiful view of the canal. We were treated on day one with 2 dolphins that swam close to the dock - a mom and baby. Very exciting. The place is very cleverly designed - with the convenient access from the kitchen-to-pool area, a private sunken bedroom suite with a murphy bed and private bath, and explicit instructions on how to connect twin beds to make a king. Our hosts John & Krista were quick to respond if needed. 3 bikes in the shed came in handy. All-in-all a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Fabulous property. Pool on waterway with full lanai meant a perfect breeze for poolside lounging. House was ideal for us 8 ladies with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

We had such a great time at this beautiful home. John & Krista are wonderful hosts and attentive to your every need. The house, the pool, and the amenities are all classy, plentiful, and in great shape. The location is close to numerous restaurants and the white sand beaches. Plenty of room
This is a nice house with plenty of room and a pool to relax next to and take a dip in when it is a warm day. We enjoyed watching the iguanas in the trees too! This place is on a busy road, but also close to grocery stores and a nice walk or short drive to the beach. Our only complaints were the lack of basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) and no tissues (Kleenex).

Beautiful and Private
We brought three generations of our family to 475 Collier from teens to 80 years old. It was the perfect place for us. The house had plenty of room for everyone, it was clean, beautiful, convenient to restaurants, stores & beach. We enjoyed watching the birds, fish and even dolphins swim right up to our dock! The house was well stocked with books, pool toys, fishing gear, beach wagon, umbrellas, chairs, bikes, cooler and more! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook/bbq and then eat on the gorgeous patio. The patio/pool is quiet and private. Even though it is on a busy street it is hard to tell from the pool area. We enjoyed being able to walk to Starbucks, shopping and the grocery store. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. We are looking to return to the same house again next year!

Collier Blvd.
We enjoyed our stay and the house was more than adequate. The beds & linens were very good. There isn’t enough space around the pool and, it’s too shaded my my liking. What little back yard there is is sloped with rocks - it’s hard to walk on without slipping. I didn’t realize (my fault for not looking more closely) that Collier Blvd is the main thoroughfare on Marco - lots of traffic, plus, it’s hard to see when pulling out of the driveway because of the shrubs.

This home was absolutely beautiful and within walking distance to many amenities. The bonus room space is perfect for large families to have separated entertainment areas. 5 stars!!

Great vacation
This was our first time renting a home so weren't sure what to expect. The house provided everything, from the zip lock bags, to tea bags, pool toys, dish detergent, soap etc (all things that we weren't expecting). The heated pool was definitely a plus, house was spacious and very clean. We felt like it was home away from home.
The only thing that I would add to the house for convenience not a necessity for sure, would be a wagon or cart to transport beach equipment from the car to the beach and vice versa. It was a bit difficult with 2 little kids to carry chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels etc. As I said, that would have been great to have but nevertheless we had a fantastic time and the house was meticulous. The home owners are easy to contact and happy to help. We would go back.

March Island Waterfront with pool
The house was very nice and having the pool right outside the door was wonderful. My grandsons especially loved that! It is a beautiful area and close to everything you need and beautiful beaches. We rented a boat and picked up and dropped off at the dock right at the house. The homeowners also responded very quickly to any questions we had before and during our vacation.

Wow, what a wonderful week we had. Marc & Priscilla have a very nice house that worked perfectly for our two families. The grandsons thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which kept them entertained for most of the day, along with fishing from the dock. The house had everything we needed, plenty of kitchenware, towels and space. To be able to walk to the grocery stores, restaurants and the beach was a huge bonus.
Marc & Priscilla were both very pleasant to work with and they work hard at keeping their guests comfortable during their stay.
We look forward to another stay at this great vacation home.

Great Accommodations for a Wonderful Marco Island Vacation!
Our extended family made a return to Marco Island for another March Break vacation. The accommodations (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a nice pool, updated kitchen and other amenities) made our trip the best we could ask for! Conveniently located in the heart of Marco Island, within walking distance of a grocery store, the Wednesday market (don't miss this), shops and restaurants, our vacation rental was perfect! For the last three years we have stayed in this waterfront home and have greatly enjoyed our stays. This year our daughter, her son and husband also joined us. We had a great time in the sun, pool and surrounding area attractions. We have look forward to our journey from Panama City Beach to Marco Island each of the last three Marchs. Sadly, we will not be able to do this next year due to other commitments. However, we will be back. The house with its many updates has easily met our needs and those of our family. The layout will easily sleep 8. We love your updates and can't think of any suggestions. Thank you again.

BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE HOME ON MARCO!
This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. We looked forward to it all year. It is well maintained and constantly being tastefully updated. This year I had the pleasure of the nice bathroom I used last year being updated and what a beautiful bathroom it has become again. The whole house welcomes you when you walk in. Travelled with my mother and sister and we had a great stay. The pool is gorgeous and night swimming is magnificent. We barbequed and ate outside by the pool. Breakfast was outside and we used the pass through window. Everything is grand. Priscilla and Marc have thought of everything. They were a pleasure to contract with. No worries about anything. Communication was pleasant. We love them!!

Home away from home!
We spent a week at this house in April and returned in July with our son and his family. The moment we walked in this house it felt like home. Everything anyone could possibly want exists in this kitchen, even spoons for babies. Watching the sun come up in the morning is beautiful. The pool was terrific and very much enjoyed by our entire family. The house is very close to everything on the island. A few days after we returned to Chicago our 5 year old granddaughter asked us "when are we going back to the Marco home - I has an awesome time." We plan to visit again next year.

Amazing Home in Paradise
My daughter and her family rented this home last year and ranted and raved about it and the Gulfside of Florida so I just had to check it out for myself. When you first enter this spacious and beautiful, family friendly house you appreciate that this is someone's home and they are graciously sharing it with you. It is welcoming and feels like your home throughout your stay. All you need to bring is your clothes, toothbrush and it's time to relax and enjoy. The indoor layout is spacious and can accommodate multiple families with plenty of room to spare. The outdoor pool and patio area is enormous, catering to both sun and shade worshippers. It is fully equipped for cooking but restaurants and all other amenities are a short walk or drive away. The bikes are a great added touch and fun to explore the area by. The canal is an added bonus and kept us on our toes waiting for the dolphins to make their appearances. Check in and check out were easy and Marc and Priscilla were available immediately if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this house for your Marco Island get away and hope to stay there again in the future.

Outstanding Waterfront Home!!
An absolutely exceptional home. Not just a house, but a home! I felt very comfortable the minute I walked through the front door. The layout of the house flows extremely well. We had 4 adults with 3 children and not once did any of us feel cramped or confined. The house is well furnished and very clean. It is completely equipped right down to all the necessary utensils, small appliances, and pots & pans that anyone would ever need. Even the shed had fishing gear and 2 bikes for our convenience. The property is located near several shopping areas, restaurants and beaches. Often, we walked to our destination rather than using a car. Sitting on the patio by the pool was always a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The view of the sunrise is breathtaking! I would highly recommend this rental for anyone wishing to have a wonderful vacation on Marco Island.
