Chino Valley was great
Do not hesitate to stay at this home, it’s very clean and welcoming, the thermostat was set warm enough, the water gets hot quick in the shower. The kitchen is well appointed with utensils and spices and even some hot chocolate mix :-). Highly recommended!!

We do business every year at Gun Site, and because it is so far out, we normally have a 45 minute drive to/from staying at a mainstream hotel. Tried something new this time & booked VRBO. This home is AMAZING, so well appointed, and a perfect location. We went first to the house to get an idea of what they had before heading for the grocery store - so well appointed we didn't need to over-buy for our stay. The owners are amazing communicators. Getting to harvest from the onsite garden made fresh tomatoes for our salad so yummy. We will be back!

My wife and I travel a lot and frequently stay at short-term rental properties and this by far was our best experience ever. We loved the house, the owner, the location, and all the "extras" (welcome ice cream...a well-thought out Welcome Book...firewood provided for the outdoor firepit...etc etc!). This house felt like a "home". Love it and we'll be back!!

Wonderful home with great space
Each room was comfortably furnished and of good size. Kitchen was perfect, dishes and flatware were supplied and in good condition. Home was very clean. Yard space was incredible! Several seating areas on back patio including a hammock and grill!
Very pleased with our accommodations. If needed, this will always be our first choice when visiting family!

Tastefully decorated home has all the conveniences of a well-appointed hotel suite. We found the home to be scrupulously clean and well-arranged. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet at night. Perfect place to relax and unwind in above-average surroundings.

Wonderful property
It is very clear as soon as you walk in the homeowners want to make their house feel like your home. From the ice cream treats left for us in the freezer to all the other amenities you could ask for in the kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and we were lucky enough to enjoy the incredible backyard and fire pit. Check-in was easy and being able to park in the garage when the temperature got down to the 20s was great.

Great country house for a Chino Valley/Prescott getaway!
The house was clean, well appointed and perfect for our family of 3. The location is on a nice, quiet street in Chino Valley.
The owners are nearby, welcoming, accommodating, and very helpful (they immediately responded when we accidentally got locked out!)
Prescott is not too far away for trips to town, and we would definitely stay here again if needed. Thanks!

Very comfortable - felt like home
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Check-in process and communication before my arrival was very good and easy. Home is very much like the pictures. Once I got in and unloaded, it felt very comfortable and I settled right in. Owner left fresh flowers on the dining room table and some truffles - very nice touch.
House has just about everything you need - kitchen is well equipped and there are some basic spices and cooking supplies. A quick trip to the nearby Safeway and I was all set. Laundry room has a nice washer and dryer and all the laundry supplies you need. And the dryer is super fast!
Outdoor area in the back is very nice. Weber grill was clean and had plenty of propane and all the utensils (brush, tongs, etc). I was able to make use of this on several nights. Unfortunately, it was too dry and windy for me to use the fire pit in the evenings as much as I hoped, but I did get to enjoy sitting outside besides it enjoying a cocktail and looking at the stars.
My only suggestion would be to provide either to code for the garage door keypad or a garage door opener. It was a little inconvenient when getting back home to park my truck in the garage. I had park, go inside through the front door and open the garage door and then pull into the garage. Not a huge deal and I appreciated that my full size truck fit easily in the garage with room to allow me to unload and load with the door down.
Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if vacationing in the area.

Very nice and comfortable stay
We rented this home for two weeks and it was very nice. The house was very clean and comfortable. The property was really beautiful and had everything we expected.
The owners, Sonia and Leonard, were VERY responsive.
