This place had it all! Location, comfortable beds and the place was absolutely spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed and the front porch was a great place to drink our morning coffee. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property was great and just as described. We stayed for a weekend to visit ASU and the house had everything we needed and more. It was extremely clean and organized. Walking distance to the campus and downtown was a plus!

The house is the best ! You can walk anywhere you wish on campus and downtown Boone. Love the front porch ! It was our second stay there and will be back !

The only thing wrong with our stay is that it wasn’t long enough!! I’ve rented A LOT of properties throughout NC and this one was by far the most courteous. Like always I take TP, paper towels, coffee etc. None of these were needed. Above and beyond on all levels. The location is phenomenal if you want to tour the campus and King Street. Roll Neers!

Visited Boone for a bachelor weekend. Place was right near campus and downtown Boone which was great location for walking to places. House was very clean. Definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to be near campus and downtown bars/restaurants.

This house was perfect for our plans to attend a Summer Festival concert at App St. Very clean with all amenities provided. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch.

The house was super clean, and host thought of so many special touches. The kitchen had everything we could need, and then some. Love the extra special thoughts of providing coffee and snacks! Beds were very comfortable and towels were plentiful. We didn't use the fireplace but loved that they provided a starter log. Living room was large and very comfortable furniture. The house was bigger than we expected.

Great location, comfortable home.
We loved everything about this home. We were celebrating my birthday and an anniversary of my daughter and her fiancé meeting as APP students 11 years ago. We could not have chosen a better place. Walking around campus was a walk down memory lane. Coming back to a clean, comfortable, well stocked home was ideal. The porch was a bonus and perfect gathering spot. The beds were comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again.

This home is across the street from App State and walking distance to King Street. The home has been well cared for and the owners have thoughtfully provided an abundance of bedding and towels. We loved this little house- perfect for a weekend back as alumnae. It’s right across from the convocation center- a quick walk across campus to King street. They had access to Netflix on the TV and the beds were comfortable. We wish kids were allowed!

We stayed in Boone so we could ski Sugar Mtn and couldn’t have picked a better place. Loved the home - it was well stocked, very clean and orderly, comfortable with great decor and a real wood burning fireplace. We will definitely try to rent again!
