Too many codes to get in the condominium, It has to be a better way to facilitate the customers a less stressful stay. Also, the inflatable mattress in the sleeper couch is not a good idea. It does not stay inflated, we had to put air every day!

The thermostatic control is poor in the unit and should be addressed. I recognize it takes hours to stabilize in floor radiant heat that said we were unable to cool the room down. Set the thermostat at 60 and the unit remained at 75 had to sleep with the window in the bedroom cracked open Also the portable humidifier (vaporizer) worked well but then the motor started making enough noise we had to turn it off.

Location of the space and the luxuriousness of all of it. We also managed to get to Telluride at the peak of leaf color.

The television didn't work, but I'm sure that has been taken care of by now since VACASA representative said they would be replacing it.

Location was excellent. Very quiet, in the middle of Mountain View, close walking distance to the Gondola's and hiking trails.

Expensive

Great view and location! Beautiful condo. Had everything we needed.

Bed is smaller than Queen. Vacasa should correct all listings. Unit was too hot most of the time. We left all windows and the balcony door open 24/7. Nice floor fans provided. They just moved around the warm air. There seems to be heat blowing 24/7 in the community hallway just out side the front door. The kitchen seemed warm near the refrigerator.

Great location, clean, and comfortable bed/furniture. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Ski lockers on the bottom level were very convenient.

The TV entertainment center setup is outdated by about 15 years and difficult to operate. I would tear it out and start over, TVs are cheap now!

Too many keypads. Need to remember many codes to navigate the property. The TV in the living room 15 years old with the bad quality. No TV in the bedroom. Staying for the week and not having one normal TV was frustrating

Fabulous location, cozy getaway. Literally steps from restaurants, chair lift, coffee shops, shopping etc. Easy gondola ride to downtown with great views along the way.

Beautifully furnished and comfortable, right in the heart of Mountain Village, easy walk to ski lifts and gondola.

Having to remember and carry around all the codes for all the doors in the building was a slight inconvenience, but ultimately not too much trouble.
