The location, very close to the city centre.

The App to open the door didn't work properly and we had to try several times. I had to call the host 3 times to get a different code. I had to pay for the international calls.

An lovelyplace to stay in! An amazing location and a very helpful owner made this one-night stay an amazing experience.

The host was availability and very friendly. The yard made a difference to have breakfast or read a book. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable. We were in Reus to visit a relative that was at the hospital, and we got exactly what we needed: a quiet and pleasant place to organize our lives without depending on external factors or timetables. The price was very reasonable.

Waste recycling bins are not provided. The electromechanic device to open the doors with a cellphone is a piece of a dystopia: too many things can go wrong when trying to get in after a long journey. I suggest that the host should provide electronic keys to all the guests BY DEFAULT. He gently offers them "if you need additional items", but this is as offering to provide a fire-extinguisher "if you need it".
