Apartment was great, clean and comfortable

Very far from tourist attractions, would require quit the travel

The apartment was new, the host though is very rude, hard to ccommunicate and would not provide us with a second set of keys which caused minor difficulties in our program, so for this he gets many negative points from me.

A) Unreliable owners. Beware flexible checkout time is just to get your attention. The owner called me 11:50 am to inform us that we should leave the property by 13:00 since 14:00 he had another booking ( instead of 17:00-18:00 that we had informed when we booked) . He needed an hour to clean the house ( which in Covid era raised my concerns regarding cleaning/health precautions/measures the owners are taking to protect their guests as bed, couch covers and all kitchen items should be clean as well i assume ). This messed up totally our logistics since i had a business meeting at 13:00 half hour drive away and in the middle of the afternoon i had to leave my wife and 2 babies "in the middle of the streets" waiting for me to finish my meeting. He claims he sent me a message through booking.com which i never received ( made a screenshot to confirm it/report it with the booking.com staff ) - In any case he should have called me the day before on my phone like he did last minute when i was ready to leave the house all dressed up for my professional meeting. B) they have this cheap chemical smell thing ( so the place could smell nice or cover bad scents) which i took out in the balcony as it was unbearable which i suggest them to either change or not use... C) it is very noisy spot as it is uphill so the first floor ends up being at some point same level as the ground floor with cars and motorcycles struggling to reach the top of the hill just outside the bedrooms ( levels meaning you need to have your windows shut all the time and with no air-conditioning in the bedrooms becomes quite hot in the rooms ). To be fair, with the windows shut you still hear the engines struggling but definitely on lower dB D) last but not least, i had my car parked outside the house and my left flash was missing in the morning ( which is only 15€ to buy new and just mentioning it as its annoying, but who does these things i cant imagine)

Everything was great, apartament was tidy and the owners were welcoming and sweet, they even arranged a taxi for us to the airport.

The flat met and excided our expectations..although we arrived very early in the morning the owner prepared the flat for us..the flat is newly renovated with very good taste with all the comforts of a modern flat. The owner was very friendly and we are totally satisfied from our stay. We will visit it again in the future.
