The apartment is amazing. It has everything you need. Very clean and the host is very nice and helpful . Great location and great value. I totally recommend it, really worth the money paid.

The location was good, close to the subway stops, and shop markets.

Very central location, subway within walking distance, cab also. Breakfast was not included, there is a cafe in front of the house but it opens at 10 a.m. (which is impractical if you are traveling for work) and a corner cafe that opens at 9 a.m. where they offer a very good breakfast.

As an improvement and a small gesture of customer care, I would suggest to the host to have a small bottle of water found in the fridge or some tea or coffee bags, things that are welcome when you land late at night and don't have time to go to the supermarket which may already be closed or if you are traveling for business and not for tourism, where there is really little or no time available given the always hectic days.

The floor in the bathroom is a little slippery after bath and not really suitable for old people.

Beware, only good thing is location and clean bed sheets. nothing else is good, pictures dont represent the reality,so better avoid. Apartment no 7.

1. No heating in apartment!!! - electric heaters were faulty, it was freezing cold. when we contacted host she pretended she dont know, however in December one of guests reported same issue. We had only 14 degrees C in apartment so had to sleep with closes on to keep warm. 2.Price is not realistic, we have rented it for 1 night. as soon as we booked 1 night for 230 euro via booking, host contacted us and asked to pay 69 euro extra. only after extra pay, she gave us details how to get in. 3. Cleanliness is very poor - floors were dirty with food stains and crumbles everywhere. walls were covered with Mildew and Mold!!! this is due to no heating. 4. Bathroom was OK but no extraction and it was stinking of damp because its freezing and no one heating it. 5. kitchen OK but no heating too and if outside is 0 degrees, gets freezing. some crockery cracked. 6. Apartment in general need a full refurb as very outdated, small sofa in large bedroom all stained and looked dirty. 7. constant noise from the street and noisy neighbours.

10h checkout is never reasonable. 11h gives you enough time to shower and eat breakfast.

The location to Alstadt being a 3-min walk. Plenty of room and good facilities and being residential safe.

poor wifi connection, bathroom very dirty, no elevator in the building, we couldn't carry our baby trolley on the 3rd floor, On the stares we hit our head because of the short seiling. Your cannot sleep at night, its very noizy not only from parties, music but also from drunk people, shouting downstaires, and very noizy from cars very early in the morning. Moving the dash bin, people shouting very early in the morning. In the room there was some drawers broken. very dirty room.

Nothing

The location was bad. The communication with the host was not good . The apartment was a private apartment, rented out by a private person, placed in a shady and noisy street. The apartment is not legal for short term rental. Nothing professional about it. No possibility for storage of luggage. The host was difficult, not at all service minded, and not present. All communication had to go via sms and phone, and we where waiting outside the apartment for about an hour. Even though it was cheap it was not worth it. We ended up booking somewhere else for the night. Money down the drain.
