they gave away our reservation

They gave us a room that was either occupied or had not been clean. They didn't have anymore rooms and this was 10pm at night, so we had to travel farther to find a different hotel. We parked and there was a truck backed up to the garbage and we saw a man going through the trash. We felt our vehicle was unsafe.

Breakfast was good. It was easy in and out to move on.

The beds were comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Nice front desk staff. Good selection for breakfast. They were willing to work with us on an extended checkout time.

The bathroom was cramped and the toilet was shaky when you sat on it. The trash cans weren't big enough or there wasn't enough trash cans.

Bathroom assistance bar in Bathroom was poorly repaired. Maintenance should have sanded and painted the area where they repaired.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms were rather small. Only room for one person. And it was hard to enter the bathroom and close the door due to it being so small. Water stains on ceiling where looks like it had leaked. Ran out of hot water in shower. The pool had way too many chemicals in it. Would burn the kids eyes while playing in the pool.

The hotel was absolutely filthy, our room was disgusting. The cleaning person did an awful job, there were toenail clippings on the floor next to the bed, food on the floor and hair in the bathroom. we complained 2 times and were promised it would be clean upon our return, it was Not! We complained again, the person working the desk finally came up with a vacuum cleaner, still missed half of the toenail clipping. The “free” breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about. This was our 2nd and LAST STAY HERE. The front door has a sign stating it’s a clean property, that was a joke

No hot water and breakfast was disappointing. And reception obviously screwed up as they called us at 10 to confirm we were in the room.

Very clean and nice hotel. Everyone was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Checking in was very easy. Breakfast was good. Loved the pancake maker. The shower in our bathroom was nice and pretty big.

The bathroom in our room was too small.

Breakfast was good. Apples were nice and crisp. Appreciated that the shower head was nice and high in the bathroom. Nothing more annoying than a shower head that sprays water at your shoulder blades.
