Отличное место, я бы хотела в нем остаться жить, хаха. Очень приятное расположение, есть лифт (но я его заметила только на 3й день, а до этого сумку 20кг сама затаскивала в квартиру вверх по лестнице, бывает). Очень светлая и ухоженная квартира. Есть абсолютно все удобства: шампунь, масло для жарки, соль, мыло, стиральный порошок; иными словами есть все необходимое для жизни. На кухне просторный холодильник с морозилкой, есть вся посуда для готовки и сервировки. Кровать большая и мягкая. Был только один момент, который мне не понравился, но меня о нем предупредили при заселении.

Датчик подачи воды в душе, к сожалению, очень расстроил, потому что он 10 секунд. Каждые 10 секунд нужно заново нажимать на включение воды, что не всегда удобно. Но инициатива неплохая, только бы побольше времени.

Very clean and beautiful apartment

Luca has been very kind and always ready to solve any issues.

Exceptionally clean with everything you could want upon arrival. Vey fast internet and great air-conditioning. Luca even supplied a welcoming bottle of water, bottle of wine and some chocolate biscuits - exceptional!

Luca is a conscientious landlord who did a wonderful job to make our stay comfortable. As expected, the apartment was clean and interestingly decorated. Location was excellent for all activities. The elevator was essential for us on the second floor. We also appreciated his quick response to correspondence.

The building entry and exterior is not attractive however Luca has done a great job to create an oasis.

Apartment was excellent with all facilities provided. The owner was most helpful and kept in touch on a daily basis

Pillows wasn’t comfortable at all
