Best place we have ever rented! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and it was in a perfect location! There were plenty of spots to hang out with our friends, both inside and out.

We were having small wedding group only our closest family and friends. The mountain back drop is breath taken. Justyna was kind enough to let us see this place before booked it. We got a lot compliment of this location and how convenience that every rooms have their own bathrooms. However, we wish we could have know before arrive was Jacuzzi was out of service. AC in some of the room had multifunction but we contacted owner and got those AC fixed right the way. Overall, this place is amazing. We definitly plan to come back.

Due to our misunderstanding we took a while before we understood the check in, we eventually figured it out without contacting the host, it was not the fault of the host, we just did not pay enough attention to the instructions. We were completely satisfied with the mix of private and open space. The kitchen met and surpassed our expectations, the surroundings was scenic and panoramic. The host responded to our questions immediately and was very accessible. All aspects of the facility functioned as expected. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this facility to friends or family.

The space was absolutely perfect for gathering 15 of our closest friends for our wedding weekend. Plenty of room for games as well as spaces for more personal moments. Aside from a couple of minor kitchen issues, the property lived up to all of our expectations and then some. Justyna was responsive throughout the lead-up to the weekend as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our group loved the lodge! Such a fun and beautiful property. With 9 bedrooms, almost everyone got to have their own personal bed and bathroom. The accommodation was very well stocked with supplies/amenities. Owner was extremely responsive to my messages. Great location!

We have been coming here for years with a large group of friends. It’s the perfect place for large groups. I would definitely recommend.

AK lodge is great and very spacious for a large group. Always enough hot water for everyone. Perfect for a gathering and very convenient for a trip to Hunter Mountain or historic area in Hunter. Would love to stay here again. Thank you, Justyna and Lukasz.

Great big lodge with several gathering areas to accommodate the wants/needs of guests, from the dining room to the living room, bar area, billiard room, and balcony. The kitchen is incredible and contains commercial-grade features including the stove, grill, prep station, sinks, refrigerator, and freezer. Another major perk of the AK Lodge is that every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower. This is great and we all very much appreciated that. As with any BNB, there are minor nitpicky things that we didn't care for. They are easily remedied and we are going to give that feedback directly to the lodge owners.

The house was wonderful. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back for years to comes. If you are looking for a house that will accommodate a large group this is the house to pick!

Great property and so convenient to Hunter Mountain. This was our second time staying here and had no complaints at all. Easily able to accommodate our large group of 18 people. Checking in and out was no issue.

The configuration of the property was great for our group. It has nice common areas along with individual bedrooms and bathrooms. The listing indicates laundry, but we were unable to access the laundry room. There's limited shelf or pantry space in the kitchen - if your group plans to cook a lot (as we did) it can make storage of dry ingredients difficult. One of the bedrooms (with the jacuzzi) is a full sized Murphy bed, not a queen. We had a great time and would return.

Only thing I would suggest is that I would have 3-4 of the rooms with bunk beds vs just one full bed, also need to have extra linen because there were 2 pull out couches and no blankets

The communication was excellent you couldn’t ask for better but the refrigerator was broken we lost over $40 in food. It was big enough for all of us but definitely needs work and proper cleaning. The fire pit was a small one which was dented and broke. The outside was horrible…they are working on it but the way it was left was awful. Bags of garbage, etc. There was broken glass in the kitchen and one of the comforters had stains on it. Again it was big and that was what we were looking for we had a large group but I would never stay again. When I told them about the refrigerator no offer to reimburse us for the money in food that we lost. For the money we paid it should have been much better. Very disappointed.

Fantastic property for a large group or family. We had a full house and the layout was great for early morning risers or people staying up late. Separate bedrooms and living space is ideal. The outdoor patio was great for yard games and fire pit. So close to many activities. While we were there mid week was tricky as many businesses and restaurants weren’t open Tuesday through Thursday so plan accordingly. Hiking, zip lines, chair lift rides, biking, rail trail were all great activities. The mountains are beautiful and the view from the top of Hunter is truly spectacular. The hosts are very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. A great week and getaway for a friends or family vaca!!

A group of friends and family rented the lodge for the weekend to celebrate a birthday, a perfect place for such an event. Lots of common areas to get together, beautiful views of the nearby mountains and still space for everyone to have their privacy if needed. Very clean and owners very responsive. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at this property. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and the place had everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

We rented this home for a family getaway for skiing. The house is five minutes to Hunter mountain making it very convenient for skiing. The house was very clean on check in. The owner was very responsive and made check in and stay extremely smooth. The house itself was very large and spacious. Every bedroom had its own bathroom allowing for privacy and space for all of us. The whole family had a great stay and we will definitely look to book again!!

Excellent facilities and worked great!

The AK Lodge fit our needs like a glove. Plenty of space to hang out in the bar and reception area that did not interfere with babies who went to sleep at 8:00 PM. Patio was large enough for us to play corn-hole, and 2 versions of pong simultaneously. Fire pit on the patio was an added bonus. Kitchen area had huge refrigerator and freezer. We had plenty of space to cook. Our group included 13 adults and the 2 ovens and grill allowed us to get all our meals done so we could all eat at the same time. Dining area accommodated all of us including 2 babies in high chairs. The property owners were always available although we only had to make 1 call to locate the key for the dumpster. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was an added plus. The grounds were well kept which we enjoyed with the one year olds as well as the adults who enjoyed playing bocce. TV's were in every room, with 2 in the bar area. We watched golf and football in the bar area and felt like we were at our own tailgate party. The ice machine behind the bar was great. Never ran out of ice. We will be back for sure!!!! Lukasz and Justyna were very responsive throughout our booking to arrival.
