Great location

Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms and decor was nice! We ordered room service which was reasonable priced and the staff were lovely and accomdatting .

No cots provided. Just a mattress. Carpets could do with a clean.

great location, rooms are big. They kindly extended our room checkout until three in the afternoon and held our bags for us..

once upon a time this was a good hotel, but then it seems like it no longer made a serious effort to delight guests. The carpets are stained and desperately need changing, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable, one of the pillow cover was extremely rough and worn down, and I woke in the middle of the night from bad pillow/bed aches. There are only two useable pillows in the room. The shower had a weird smell that I decided not to shower for two days. There was no iron+ board in the room, reception sent one to me very kindly on request, but they rang my door early next day because another guest needed it. one ironing board and iron per hotel!?! It wasn’t in great condition either. They had wire hangers( no wood) and I had to call for more. My room was not cleaned on day 2 of my stay. I was worried I would pick up some kind of infestation from the poorly maintained fabrics. one of the receptionists needs some advice on w how to make guests feel welcome.
