Great welcome. Very clean apartment. Kitchen with everything you need. Excellent position to visit Salento. The outdoor spaces are well kept and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor showers and the washing machine.

There was just one ald air condition unit for three rooms which was unsufficient. In addition the air condition required cleaning.

The price (off-season) couldn't be beaten. Reception was superfriendly. Nice apartment (although missing some key-stuff). It's a typical 60's beach location, but this one was restored and upgraded really nice (with a great little patio in the front and a little terrace in the back.

Furnishing of the apartment really bare. Not a lot of supplies (to do the dishes for example). I wouldn't pay the price they ask in high-season. For what we paid, we had really nothing to complain.

Great location nice and quiet. Just off Torre del Orso. 10 min walk to center and main beach. Nice beach and also Due Sorelle and Roca Vecchia are within walking distance. Graet location if you want to explore Salento peninsula by car. Spacious and clean apartament with 2 balconies on the opposite sides. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The shower drain got blocked quite quickly and watter would accumulate at the bottom. This was mentioned to the staff.

Residence Tre Palmas is located in the walking distance to the beautiful beach as well as the amazing Grotta del Poesia. It’s clean, beds are comfortable, the staff very nice and helpful. There are many lovely smaller beaches and cities that are worth seeing.

The Residence itself is a great place, quiet and calm. We liked it very much.
