Room is large.

The hotel promoted the wellness programs in their booking package. That was the reason we booked the hotel from booking.com. However, at the hotel, we found out the programs were not guarantee for all customers.

- Great location and well-managed walking paths in the outdoor area, - A lot of spa/ health activities in the hotel, - Friendly and very helpful staff, though not everyone can speak English. Special thanks to Mr. Ji, who helped us a lot throughout our stay, - Good quality food, - Good Spa facilities, including an indoor pool

Only one restaurant (the second on the rooftop was under renovation), The outdoor pool was not open yet, though it might be still cold

The rooms were lovely and clean. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly. The pool was gorgeous and clean. The wellness programs were fun.

There was no air-conditioning in the rooms. We had to go down in the middle of the night to ask the staff to turn it on manually. After paying they told us there were roof restorations going on during the day. Annoying, but doable. So between 10&5 we couldn't be in the room due to loud noises. But one morning without warning they started the loud noises at 8.30. All in all we had to make 5 trips to the lobby because we couldn't sleep. No one apologised to us for these issues, which made me feel like a inconvenience. The wellness programs were awesome, but the explanation was only in Korean.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, exceptional food.

This is a perfect place to relax and to focus on self wellbeing, we had two of the programs in the resort, aquacalm and crystal singing bowl, both were very calming, particularly liked the aquacalm. Go swimming your skin will feel smooth afterwards just remember to bring a swimming cap. The gardens and forest are well kept and tranquil, great for a walk and detached from the outside world.

Limited selections of healthy dinner options, and compulsory to wear swimming caps in the pool.

Beautiful place in the midst of the woods, solitary and quiet. Has well equipped facilities. Invested trails around the woods, nice gardens, and natural pools. Warming and friendly hospitality, especially by Jinhyub Tak, the concierge manager. Fantastic sea view and mountain view rooms.

The price - although well equipped. I paid about 200$ p.n, and when I expanded it for one more night, it was down to 130$ in booking.com. I believe 130 is the best value-for-money. The food can be much cheaper as well. The spa treatments can be a lot cheaper, 240K won for 60 minutes full body oil massage. No balconies is petty. Shuttle from the airport and car rental desk could be a great addition.

The staff were exceptional, the hydro treatments we had were great and Mr. Tak was super helpful. He really helped us out with organizing taxis etc.

The property is showing a bit it's age. They may want to do a little renovation to keep the rooms looking fresh.

however if the time for breakfast was from 7 to 11 would be great, because the place was for the customers who is actually seeking for rest and lazy morning

The mountain room view I booked ended up being a car park view, that was a disappointment.

The property absolutely provides the peaceful experience that one expects from a hotel like this.

The rooms were dirty and in need of renovation. I am not sure if it was because I am not Korean but I was initially given a room with soap stains, molded bathroom cabinets, and deteriorated wooden flooring that exposed the underside of the floor. upon raising my concern with the hotel they switched my room which surprisingly also had different amenities although the layout and room type was the same. The stark difference in room quality makes me believe the staff initially provided me a room below standard. The first room I was provided still had the October Newsletter when It was already the end of November.

We had the most amazing stay on Jeju Island, mainly because of the incredible WE Hotel! The hotel, its location and its staff are exceptional! Upon arrival in Jeju, we experienced a disaster, being denied a rental car due to a technicality. This has never happened to us before, and it became a hugely difficult situation, not aided by the language (oral and written) barrier. As a ‘Damsel in Distress’ I reached out to the hotel, who just embraced us and quickly organised alternative transport and ensured that we were looked-after upon pick-up and during the 45-min journey to the hotel. This world-class level of service continued upon arrival and throughout our stay. It was so personal, insightful, supportive and really made us feel ‘at home’ and enabled us to take advantage of what this amazing destination has to offer. In particular, we would like to highlight Tak, Senior Concierge. A huge personal Thank You for everything! The hotel itself is beautiful and placed in a stunning location, close to Hallasan National Park and Seogwipo-si. It is set in forests / gardens (with nature tours being offered daily) – making it really tranquil and peaceful. Our room was lovely, with a small seating area next to the windows overlooking these forests and Mount Hallasan (seaview also available). The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the beds extremely comfortable. We loved the lounge / downstairs bar – it was really special and a perfect place for an afternoon tea or pre-dinner drink. We used the main restaurant each night – which offered an excellent choice of both international and local dishes. Our breakfasts comprised a superb range of both European and Asian breakfast food items. We also utilised the wellness centre, with an excellent package of treatments, as well as the indoor and outdoor pool. The pool area is one of the better ones that we have come across for a long time, with indoor therapeutic stations, an outdoor large hot tub and an unheated pool.

Nothing negative about this hotel. In summary, WE Hotel was the perfect conduit for creating a perfect holiday experience! We would also like to note that the hotel was also super helpful in helping us achieve our planned itinerary despite our lack of rented car transport. Alternative transport was efficiently organised (a mix of taxis and the hotel shuttle bus) and insight provided into each of our chosen adventures of trekking Mount Hallasan and exploring the waterfalls, lava cliffs and other attractions in- and near-Jungmun. The little bakery/drinks shop on site also brilliantly provided us with necessary supplies for our 8.5 hour Mount Hallasan trek.

We stayed at the hotel on 22.9-27.9. We arrived in Jeju Island and wanted to rent a car, but we had a problem with the international license we issued, so no company agreed to rent to us. We had to get to the hotel by taxi and change the entire schedule we had planned. When we arrived in the hotel, we were upset and sad, because of the situation and shared about it the reception and the concierge. From that moment, they did everything to encourage and help us. The staff was lovely, helpful, caring. Mr Kim from the reception together with another employee welcomed us in the check in, in a very pleasant and warm way. Mr. Tak, the concierge, was very nice and after the check-in, when he heard about what happened to us, He sat with us and helped us to plan a schedule that could be done with the hotel's shuttle, buses and a taxi. From that moment, every time we met Mr Tak, he asked how we were doing, what we did and where we traveled and if we were having fun. Such a high level of service!!! I will continue to refer to the very tasty and varied food at breakfast, the delicious dishes that can be ordered at the hotel's bar, the hotel's restaurant and room service, for lunch and dinner. Also I would like to refer to the amazing pools. There are 2 pools - outdoor and indoor. There is also a hot jacuzzi next to the outdoor pool. The indoor one is heated and you can swim in it even on a cool evening. We went to the pool every day after a whole day of traveling and it was just a great fun. The hotel itself is lovely, its' area, the bar in the lobby which was very pleasant to sit in and order something to eat and drink and hear piano playing from the lovely pianist Sveta. Our room was very nice, big, with comfortable bed and a very nice view of the sea. The areas around the hotel to walk in are charming and pastoral! Gardens, grass, trees, forest and a small lake with a waterfall and fish.

We went there with our family and friends after we just got freshly married. When they found out about this, they gave us an upgrade. It was amazing, as we have never had that in our life before. Apart from the kind surprise, it was the best hotel we have ever had. The staff is incredibly kind, the possibility of having a wonderful walk in the forest or experiencing a really nice hydrotherapy and delicious locally sourced food that is healthy. Not to mention the bed was comfy and cozy. We cannot thank everyone there enough, as we got exactly what we needed - healing.
