It was a nice stay in nice neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake, lots of deer in the yard and neighborhood. Cabin was very clean.

Cute place with all the necessities. The view off the back porch is beautiful and I am an adult that slept in one of the bunks and it was pleasantly comfortable. Overall, a great place.

Great spot close to the lake! There are numerous public lake access parks nearby. Only 10-15 minute drive to town for food. All the amenities you would need on site with an amazing deck to watch the sunset. Would stay again!

This was our first time up in the Mountain Home area. This property was very clean and not far from town. Owners were very responsive to messages. Since there were only two of us that stayed we didn't cook but it seemed to be a well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the lake.

Close to town but still secluded and private. Host was very responsive, and we had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful quiet getaway from work and life. Nice views and comfortable living areas. Had everything we could need and more. Would highly recommend.

The property was just as described. There were lots of kitchen staples, home touches, etc. plenty of bath towels and wash cloths, fans for us to use, furniture was nice inside and out. We will stay again given the opportunity. Owner was working on basement/lower level and there was some visible remodeling materials around but nothing was in our way. Driveway is a bit steep and is gravel so you have to be careful. Owners house and this property is very close but we had no issues. My cousin met the owner and said he was very nice. Hosts were very nice, quick responses and ready to take care of anything we needed. View from the deck was nice, well furnished deck, and fire pit/chairs in the yard. All in all we were cozy and right at home!

This spot was perfect for our getaway to explore Norfork Lake. The home was the cleanest we have ever rented and well equipped for our needs. The lakeview was beautiful and deer roamed freely on the property. We would stay here again.

Absolutely the best place saw so many wild life.

This place is very nice! The place was very clean and ready upon our arrival. The Holt’s were very responsive. Ohh…did I mention the view?!?!? It has the perfect view of the lake! The sunsets were so pretty to watch from the deck. The local marinas are great and people are super friendly.

When the sunset is over the stargazing is just beginning. The deck is spacious and the house is the perfect size for a small family, couples, or single travelers. Steve and Ann are two of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Great location! Highly recommended! Hope to come back again!

Ann was very nice and loaned us a large crockpot to use during our stay, which was much appreciated! Plenty of hot water. Plenty of pots/pans/dishware. Only minor issue was that beds are listed as Queen and they are actually Full, but everything else was as described! We had a lovely stay for our first trip to Arkansas, and home to visit again!

Rented this place from Steve and Ann and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! The road leading the home is being worked (which wasn’t a problem in any way - there was no noise and honestly; had the owner, Steve not told me it was being worked on, I wouldn’t have known) There was a slight dip in the driveway (again, had Steve not brought it to my attention, I wouldn’t have known) Steve went above and beyond to get tracker to level it so we experienced no issue, which I thought was amazing of him to do. The place itself was great for our stay. It was super clean (very important to me because I’m OCD about cleanliness - my youngest daughter joked and said this place is “mom” clean) and very comfortable. I was able to make gumbo and jambalaya while visiting my daughter. The view off the balcony was simply amazing especially when the sunset. I have some gorgeous photos; 1 of which I’m having blown up and framed to hang in our sitting area of a stunning sunset. The place was so peaceful but yet close enough to go into town to grab a bite to eat or go to the store. I took my girls to eat dinner at Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi on a Friday night - it was delicious. Will definitely be back to stay here if Ann and Steve will have us again!

Relaxing setting with lake view. Quiet location but close to Mtn Home and other area activities. Property is very well maintained. Hosts provided great instructions on locating and accessing property.
